Stopped in here on a domestic drive by, saw they have a bakery thrift store. Walked in to find donuts, cakes and pies and all sorts of goodies. Bought a few items and everything tasted amazing. Great stop for local home bakery items.

The food is made in abysmally unsanitary conditions and the management is famously evil. The worker was nice but that's the only positive thing. Do yourself a huge favor and support a small bakery instead.

My husband is from Bangor. He use to drive to Old Town to just get donuts.
Can't review the actual bakery atmosphere since I would never stop there after tasting their donuts sold in stores. If you like sawdust mixed with sand and a little sugar then you would love the donuts. Dipping in coffee or milk can not make them edible. About once a year husband doesn't pay attention and drags some home. Eats half a doughnut throw the rest away.
