The person working was very nice. He was closing up for the day but still made our order. He even drew a little kitty on the wrapper of my sub <3 honestly amazing!
The sub was great like always!

Never going back to this location. The last two times were not great experiences. This time the woman making my sandwich kept crushing my sandwich with her breast every time she leaned forward into the case. The young man who served my son was great hence the 3 stars for service. The bathroom was atrocious with mold in the toilet, grimey sinks that kind of defeat the point of washing hands. That alone was solid reason for me to not return. I used to love this location, we even used them for our wedding but sadly it's gone downhill.

I don't know what happened to this location but it used to be the best one around. Now every time we order from here it's messed up. Last time was the last straw. A toasted sub that was toasted after all the veggies amd condiments went on it. A little common sense goes a long way in the food service industry. While you do need to tell them what you want on the sandwich, you shouldn't have to tell them how to do their job properly. The time before they put mayo instead of vinegar. Before that they put. Cold bacon on after toasting the sub. Something hasn't been right 1 time I the last 4 orders at least. Maybe the only option for this place is to go in and have it done in front of you. But they don't accept the online order coupons if you go in. So we order. Shouldn't have to sacrifice a correct order based on how you order it. It's on a list right in front of them when they make it. Do we not have any people capable of following simple directions anymore? Or do food service businesses avoid hiring people with any real ability to perform a job now?
