Unless I’m missing something, maybe Dunkin is very inclusive of mute employees. It makes me so uncomfortable when I go through the drive thru and they just don’t say anything? Even when I say thank you they just look at me blankly. I’ve never cared about customer service quality but just maybe training employees to use big words like “you’re welcome” or “hello” would help to not make people uncomfortable. However, the food and coffee is good and I guess that’s what matters.

Food comes out ok, they don’t carry oat milk which isn’t a huge deal. Girl at the drive through window just rolls her eyes if you say thank you. Definitely not a friendly person. Don’t even consider going inside to order if you don’t have 20 minutes to stand there waiting for somebody to help you. All-town bathrooms are probably the worst in the area

Food was great! The person who took my order at the counter was extremely nice and helpful. But the other lady (i assume she’s been there for a good amount of time) was extremely rude especially to the other employee. She was yelling at them or no reason at all and this caused the atmosphere of the place to feel off. I have notice this going through the drive thru as well. She is very aggressive when taking orders and snaps easily. Again, I have no problems with any of the other employees they always do an amazing job and are very kind. It’s just this one lady specifically.

I'm a regular through the drive through and as a barista myself, I completely understand wait times and mistakes happen with shortage of staff. today I had one of your employees be extremely rude to me out of the blue and is why I'm deciding to write a review. I ordered a cold brew with sweet cold foam. There is no screen at the speaker box so I can't see what she put in, but she didn't read it back to me, so at the window I noticed she put in sweet n low instead of foam. I wasn't rude or impatient; I understand it's hard to hear things through the head set. I even apologized even though I didn't do anything wrong, and told her I said sweet cold foam. She goes "oh. So you don't want sweet n low?" In a rude tone. And I go "no, just sweet cold foam". and she says "well /that's/ just cool and awesome" SO sarcastically and didn't even apologize for her error or snapping. I wasn't being rude or short with her at all, and she had the audacity to not control her sour mood and anger and make customers who didn't do anything to her, like me, feel upset. at this dunkin specifically, I have always had the worse experience not comparable to any of the other dunks nearby. One of the problems is the food is usually over cooked and/or they tend to forget to put all my items in my bag so I will have to check my bag at the window and tell them. I usually come here at least 2x per week and I will not be after this experience. I genuinely hope you guys realize it's really easy as baristas to put on a smile and be nice to people who are being nice to you. As one myself, we tend to have to apologize even when it's a customer's mistake, because we always try to "make the moment right" by creating the most positive energy we can. It is inexcusable and extremely immature that this crew member decides to take her anger out on innocent people who are really patient and pretty understanding (like me).

I went to get bagels with my friends this morning and the workers were horribly rude. They did not put cream cheese on our bagels when we asked for it and when we went back to ask them to fix it they said that we would have to be charged for extra cream cheese and when we argued that one older lady threw the cream cheese on the counter extremely aggressively and yelled at us. Whoever the owner is needs to give this lady a reality check and fire her. She was older maybe 40s, brown hair, and a little on the bigger side. Thanks and I hope this gets fixed.

I would leave a review about the food but everytime we have come through here on the way to work they are out of whatever we order.. Don't know if they just didn't feel like doing their job or really are out of eggs, croissants, sausage, coffee you get my drift. Save yourself some time and aggravation and go somewhere else.

I just spent 26 bucks on breakfast for the kids and I and my whole order was messed up, wiped cream clearly just scraped off and or mixed in when we asked for no dairy/no whip, the tots were like, microwaved or something really gross and I had to ask for ketchup at the window and got 2 for 4 orders of tots. I'll just wait the hour in aroma Joe's line next time I guess. My order here is always messed up somehow. The bottled water was cold, I guess that's a positive.
