They purposely ignore you if you don’t tip them. They’ll make your food and then ignore you for 15 minutes before you speak up about the donut you ordered just to say they don’t have that one.. and now the sandwich is cold from waiting forever. It really seems intentional. I just waited 15 minutes for them to start making my drinks today after placing my order. If they want to be tipped they should put more effort in and not take it away…..
I have always had good, friendly service here, Staff is up beat and my orders have been accurate.
The workers here are usually really fast & friendly.

Dunkin' at Sunoco offers great daily service with a friendly staff. While the drive-thru girl may lack friendliness, the delicious donuts make up for it. The location doesn't offer oat milk, but the coffee is generally well-made. The wait time for orders can be lengthy, but the staff, like Devin, is helpful and deserving of recognition. Occasionally, there may be mishaps with orders, like missing items, but overall, the service is commendable. The bathrooms might need improvement, but the welcoming atmosphere and tasty treats at Dunkin' make it a satisfying stop for coffee and donuts.
