“We’ve stopped at Aroma Joe’s multiple times while visiting our daughter at the University of Maine, and they’ve been consistently great every visit. The staff is always friendly, the shop is clean, and the coffee is excellent.

The location is very convenient to UMaine, and having a drive-thru makes it even better when you’re on the go. Friendly service, great drinks, and a positive experience every time. Couldn’t ask for much more.“

“The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. My sister in law put in an online order but we got very delayed picking it up. They happily refreshed the coffee for no charge and happily put up with our large family group requesting dozens of different things.“

“I have been to this Dunkin several times a month over the past couple years. While the quality can vary depending on the person making your drink (Starbucks also has the same issue), they offer one thing that stand out: how quick they are give you your order, I have never had to wait longer than 1 minute unless there is a car in front of me. I also do mobile order at my apartment a few blocks away and within 5 minutes my order is ready. Today, I did a mobile order and ran into traffic so it took me about 20 minutes, unlike Starbucks that doesn't care about your drink after they made it, one team member (thank you, I don't remember your name!) noticed my cold foam was melting since I wasn't able to pick up my drink in a timely fashion and put new cold foam on it when I was in the drive-thru. I really appreciate the service here even if the food/drink quality can vary some days. Also, it's nice to see how friendly the team members are some days!“

“Stopped going to Dunkin and McDonald's for coffee and breakfast sandwich. Lifelong Dunkin customer until quality got so bad. McDonald's now has Terrible service since remodels. Tim's is wicked fast, and the donuts and breakfast sandwiches are decent.“
