“Service is great. With that said sadly that's all I can say was good when I stopped here for a coffee and 2 jelly doughnuts, the lobby was a complete mess with trash under tables and split or sloshed drinks to be seen all around the place, plus when I had to use the bathroom it was completely disgusting and when I opened the door I took one look and saw urine and toilet paper scattered all around where the toilet and sink was and the toilet was still filled with poop and paper I immediately turned around and shut the door, before I left I let the employees know about the situation in the bathroom and they said "oh we know" which I replied "so you guys know how disgusting and gross it is and nobody has done nothing about it" and then that's when they ignored me with them commenting under there breath amongst each other“
