Everything I bought today was prepared incorrect so I stopped at the Brewer, Maine and Tim Hortons to inquire about having my Drinks remade and they embraced me open arms, and remade everything perfectly. “We're doing road construction in the area for the summer and I've recently discovered Tea Maineia. Best iced tea I've had, this beats going to any chain coffee place any day. They have plenty of options for teas, sweeteners, etc and it's fun to look around at what they have in store. The owner is super friendly and welcoming. Check them out, and ask about the scones!“

“I really love you guys,always super nice and coffee better than the others around..I know things are crazy right now,and hired on alot of new crew members but we go everyday, around the same time, same employees working we see most days but for at least the last 2 weeks going through drive thru if one or the others coffee isnt made wrong, it's been missing the flavor we wanted or we got a different one completely, and/or its been the number of muffins,wraps,or doughnuts I've ordered... which I wouldn't mind if it was a once ina while thing ,but it's one or the other every day and my order is being REPEATED back right to me so what's going on!!??!!?? you guys are always great when something's been wrong or burnt but if in a rush I dont double check bags or tags on coffee, we live 20ish minutes away and I'm bringing back food for kids and the other half on a time crunch, and never realise until already home, it's not just as easy as coming back for something to be done over again or get what's missing.. you need a screen in drive thru for ordering so things like this are avoided on both ends!“

If D&D ever needs a poster child I am it. I travel from Va to ME for my job and I stop at many locations on my travels.“

“As good as any Dunkin Doughnuts outlet I've ever been to, the place is always pretty clean the bathrooms are usually pretty clean and tidy. Employees are eager to take your order and have your stuff to you fairly quick while they always have amazing attitudes (service with a smile) I've been stopping at this location while I'm in town for quite a long time now and I've only had to have them fix my order once and that's pretty rare because my wife and I are constantly receiving our orders from different places and there either someone else's order or we are missing something in our order, but it's not a huge problem at this location, these employees have their job pretty well down packed and in today's busy world that right there is a huge plus especially when you in a hurry to be somewhere

Parking: There's about a dozen to 15 regular parking spots to be had and 2 to 3 handicap parking spots so there shouldn't be any trouble for anyone to find parking at this location

Kid-friendliness: This place is super friendly with kids and I've even seen the employees give them their favorite doughnut or sneak in a few extra munchkins for them which is sweet

Wheelchair accessibility: There's either 2 or 3 spots at this location for handicap parking so no worries if your restricted to a wheelchair and want to go in for a coffee or for a bite, this place will treat you as a priority as well as most of it's customers“
