“We have been going to Coffee Express for years and when they got went up for sale we were worried we would lose our favorite place. However, when the building sold the new owners hands down have kept us loyal customers along with a safe place for our fur babies. They love your staff as much as we do. “This place is the best. My fiancé and I had driven by it many times and just never realized they served more than coffee. We looked up best breakfast in Bangor and this place popped up. It was definitely correct! The nice woman (who I believe is the owner) takes your order and also cooks your food. Great personal service. We go there at least once a week now. Worth a stop for sure.“

“This was my first time at a Tim Horton's. We don't have them where I live. Enjoyed the tuna salad sandwich. I had the maple cream doughnut, which tasted fresh and I appreciated that it wasn't very sweet. The maple icing was subtle but good. My husband had the chili and he really enjoyed it's spiciness. He had the unsweetened tea and it had a good tea flavor. He enjoyed the chocolate cake doughnut. The dining room needed cleaning and the trash needed emptying. They might have been short staffed, because they were doing things and trying to get to the dining room, I think.“

“I really love you guys,always super nice and coffee better than the others around..I know things are crazy right now,and hired on alot of new crew members but we go everyday, around the same time, same employees working we see most days but for at least the last 2 weeks going through drive thru if one or the others coffee isnt made wrong, it's been missing the flavor we wanted or we got a different one completely, and/or its been the number of muffins,wraps,or doughnuts I've ordered... which I wouldn't mind if it was a once ina while thing ,but it's one or the other every day and my order is being REPEATED back right to me so what's going on!!??!!?? you guys are always great when something's been wrong or burnt but if in a rush I dont double check bags or tags on coffee, we live 20ish minutes away and I'm bringing back food for kids and the other half on a time crunch, and never realise until already home, it's not just as easy as coming back for something to be done over again or get what's missing.. you need a screen in drive thru for ordering so things like this are avoided on both ends!“

“We're doing road construction in the area for the summer and I've recently discovered Tea Maineia. Best iced tea I've had, this beats going to any chain coffee place any day. They have plenty of options for teas, sweeteners, etc and it's fun to look around at what they have in store. The owner is super friendly and welcoming. Check them out, and ask about the scones!“

“This location is the absolute gold standard for any Dunkin. I have gone Dunkin every single day for YEARS. I grew up in the Newport area where every single damn day they would get my order wrong and have to remake it. It became quite a love hate relationship. When I moved to Bangor 4 years ago I started going to this location. There has never been a better team of people. I have absolutely never had an issue with my order in 4 years of going here. I think maybe once a forgotten cold foam which they fixed immediately. And once I got the wrong flavor in my refresher, fixed immediately. These people treat their regulars like GOLD. The core team genuinely cares about the product that they are putting out. Whenever I go to another location, it's an utter disaster where they make it wrong and THEN want to argue with you. All these lower reviews sound like Karen crazies who have ridiculous complicated orders with shitty attitudes.

“Staff is very friendly. We only order drinks here. They're almost always made well. The only gripe is that drive through takes way too long due to people ordering food.

There should be a better way to go about serving drinks and food in the drive through without slowing the whole line down.

Depending on the day it can take 20-30 minutes in the drive through and once in, there is no way out.“
