“I highly recommend Frank’s Bake Shop! I had a custom cake made and it was so beautiful and delicious. The sandwiches are great, especially the chicken caprese 👌🏻🤌🏻. “I really love you guys,always super nice and coffee better than the others around..I know things are crazy right now,and hired on alot of new crew members but we go everyday, around the same time, same employees working we see most days but for at least the last 2 weeks going through drive thru if one or the others coffee isnt made wrong, it's been missing the flavor we wanted or we got a different one completely, and/or its been the number of muffins,wraps,or doughnuts I've ordered... which I wouldn't mind if it was a once ina while thing ,but it's one or the other every day and my order is being REPEATED back right to me so what's going on!!??!!?? you guys are always great when something's been wrong or burnt but if in a rush I dont double check bags or tags on coffee, we live 20ish minutes away and I'm bringing back food for kids and the other half on a time crunch, and never realise until already home, it's not just as easy as coming back for something to be done over again or get what's missing.. you need a screen in drive thru for ordering so things like this are avoided on both ends!“

“This location is the absolute gold standard for any Dunkin. I have gone Dunkin every single day for YEARS. I grew up in the Newport area where every single damn day they would get my order wrong and have to remake it. It became quite a love hate relationship. When I moved to Bangor 4 years ago I started going to this location. There has never been a better team of people. I have absolutely never had an issue with my order in 4 years of going here. I think maybe once a forgotten cold foam which they fixed immediately. And once I got the wrong flavor in my refresher, fixed immediately. These people treat their regulars like GOLD. The core team genuinely cares about the product that they are putting out. Whenever I go to another location, it's an utter disaster where they make it wrong and THEN want to argue with you. All these lower reviews sound like Karen crazies who have ridiculous complicated orders with shitty attitudes.

“I don’t eat at D&D, as I only get an extra large hot coffee with French van and cream. I go to 4 or 5 D&D locations a day as I drink 4 to 5 ex Lg coffees a day. Yes I am addicted to coffee. If D&D ever needs a poster child I am it. I travel from Va to ME for my job and I stop at many locations on my travels.“

“Staff is very friendly. We only order drinks here. They're almost always made well. The only gripe is that drive through takes way too long due to people ordering food.

There should be a better way to go about serving drinks and food in the drive through without slowing the whole line down.

Depending on the day it can take 20-30 minutes in the drive through and once in, there is no way out.“

“If i could give ZERO stars this would be the chosen rating!!! It took 15 (NO LESS) to get 2 hot coffees a med refresher and an ice latte.!!!! The car behind us left the line because it was taking a obnoxiously long time… this with no line as well as one customer in the dining area. We counted 5 employees (could have been more) but FIVE. The window employee had less than acceptable customer service and heres the best part…… ice latte was warm n 2 out of 4 drinks were made incorrectly. DO BETTER ORRINGTON!!!😡🤬😤😖$23 down the toilet.“
