“I’m new to the area- and I’ve worked in dunks and when I say most people don’t realize how hard it is to keep up with rush hours, good customer service even when everything seems to be happening and you’re stressed, keeping food orders hot and accurate, etc.

Thus staff is great and work so hard. Make sure you’re leaving tips- this IS a service for you. They deserve to get a thanks from customers for getting you your coffee and breakfast and usually starting your day with a smile.
