I’m new to the area- and I’ve worked in dunks and when I say most people don’t realize how hard it is to keep up with rush hours, good customer service even when everything seems to be happening and you’re stressed, keeping food orders hot and accurate, etc.

Ice latte is always made perfect
The staff are rude. They act like they don't want to be bothered by you, even if you are the only customer in the queue. I ordered a frozen coffee, they forgot my straw. I had to honk to get someone to come back to the window. When I asked for the straw they rolled their eyes. My hash browns tasted chemically like they had used oven cleaner or something and then cooked them. Very unimpressed with this location.
