The service was poor. Cashier had nothing but attitude. The coffee came out wrong had to change it out. The breakfast sandwich wasn't cooked properly and was still bad.

Popped in for two coffees and a frozen hot chocolate last Saturday, was given a hot one. When I corrected the server she told me that there was a price difference and I would need to pay the difference. I replied that that was her problem, not mine. I asked her to make me what I ordered. From the back I hear the tattily dressed untidy manager, Amber, piping up “I heard hot chocolate”. I told them both again that I ordered a frozen hot chocolate. She spoke over me the entire time telling me I was wrong and eventually I insisted she refund me. She was irritated and punched the till to give me the refund and I told her that her custom service was VERY BAD. She told me that she didn’t care and that one complaint was not going to ruin her day. She said she wasn’t afraid for her job. People in the area all know how awful Amber is and they won’t go back there. My advice to EVERYBODY is NEVER go to DD in Milo Maine. They suck and they have the worst manager! Amber you suck. I have told EVERYONE I know about you. DD you should get rid of her. She has lost me as a customer for LIFE.

I received amazing service from the staff Becky at the register was running back and forth insuring great customer services dealing with the drive through line and the people in person!!! 10/10 great Dunkin’!!!!!!!!!

Went Saturday to milo me. ordered a large ice coffee with melted sugar not liquid. Taste totally different. I was told the don't melt the sugar. Everywhere I go they melt the sugar I don't like to chew my coffee. How difficult take hot coffee put sugar in and let it melt. Then add the little hot coffee with the sugar over ice. Duh not rocket science. Went Sunday same DD. LG salted Carmel didn't taste the same as Everywhere else. Why can't every DD make stuff the same way. Milo DD will never be visited by me again.and I will tell everyone I know.

This place is a joke. Food is always undercooked & when using mobile order if they don’t have what you ordered they won’t do refunds. They offer you a donut and say fućk the other $ you spent on the app because we don’t have it.

Would be a lot better, if they ever got my order right. I get the correct food maybe 50% of the time. It's getting incredibly annoying honestly, as they literally give me the wrong sandwich or donuts. I don't alter the ingredients. It's just the WRONG THING. SLOW DOWN AND VERIFY YOUR ORDERS ARE RIGHT

Got a frozen coffee but the forgot the coffee. came out tasting like cream and sugar?

Staff is friendly and easy to deal with. My only real gripe is putting the lids on coffee wrong so they leak on you. In my experience put the back of the lid on the cup seal and it won't leak I get coffee there almost daily and get leaked on a ton. Still staff is nice and friendly and delivers the product in a timely manner. I dunno what the rest of these folks are on about.

I went to Dunkin today, I asked for a large peppermint mocha iced coffee with extra peppermint mocha and extra cream, they gave me 4 and 4, I also ordered a breakfast sandwich so as i am waiting for my food I kindly asked for extra cream so they didn’t have to remake my coffee, the woman was very rude and told me I needed to go back around to the end of the line, I said I haven’t even gotten my food yet I am not going back around, I’m sorry to bother you but I asked for extra to begin with. Needless to say I just left I won’t be going back there.

Everything was okay wasn't what I was expecting though I got everything I ordered but just the sandwich was a bit to hard but other than that it was exceptional

Stopped by this morning with a $20 gift card, my order came out to $25 and some change. I handed over the card with $20 on it then also handed over $6 in cash. They first told me I still owed $7 then I handed them the gift card receipt showing the amount($20) on the card. They came back to the window then told me I still owed $1.50. When I had already handed them a card with $20 on it and $6 in cash. Then they tell me I still owe another $1.50, so I handed them another $2. So at this point I’ve handed then $28 for a $25 order. I asked how I still owe them $1.50 and she stated the computer had an error. So I ended up overpaying for the order, and not receiving my gift card back, which was mine to reload if I had chosen to.
