Excellent food for the price! Love the restaurant wheat toast! The staff are helpful and kind. I recently broke my ankle and was stomach sick prior. I felt bad, but living off grid, seemed easier to eat a good breakfast. But Lily, my server, helped me out to my truck. I was greatly thankful.
Went to McLaughlin’s this morning for breakfast! First time in Milo, was looking for a place for breakfast and was VERY pleasantly surprised!!! The service was absolutely incredible. The server was so friendly, came to the table each time to check in and fill coffee with a smile on her face!!! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was so welcoming!!! Will definitely go back again!!!

Best breakfast in Maine hands down. Sausage gravy spot on. First time for new dinner service last evening was very good. Wife's broiled haddock was tepid and sent back for reheating however and though good a little bland. Seasoned butter would remedy easily. Fried clams on the other hand were otherwordly. I grew up on fried clams and cannot remember better. Anywhere. Like silk. Cornmealed? Regardless they are spectacular. Worth the stop and the service is excellent. So lucky...read full review
