I ordered a drink with oatmilk anf cold foam was put on it. I told them I had an allergy and couldn't have it. I said I can have the drink but not the cold foam. No empathy, no friendliness, etc. I was treated as an inconvenience. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich with no cheese, I got the sandwich with cheese. I again was treated like I was an inconvenience and no apology. Service is awful.
You might sell something if your lights were on at 6.15pm.
