Waiting at the speaker 20 minutes to order because they are “backed up with DoorDash delivery orders” is their logistical problem not the customers problem. Customers that are physically present and waiting should not take a back seat to online customers.

I get Dunkin as a treat like once a month. I am so disappointed. All I asked for was a double toasted bagel with butter & cream cheese. I got an uncooked plain buttered bagel. Ugh.

Hash browns were burnt dried like they had sat under the heat lamp allllllllll morning. My breakfast sandwich was made wrong TWICE I had turned around and came back once I wasn't doing it a second time. Customer care goes a long way. Purple the supervisor I called was nice enough but people working the drive thru window should have customer care skills.
Also now I'm trying to contact corporate but I can't get ahold of anyone via chat or phone what a joke!!

Went through this afternoon at like 2:30 and the nicest blonde lady working recommended me wnd my sister the best drink we’ve ever had! She deserves a raise! 10/10 experience

Every other time we go they always mess up our coffees. It’s sickening. Makes me not want Dunkin anymore if I can’t trust them to make a simple coffee 🤷♀️

Why overcharge and get rude when we tell you it's not $3 for almond milk and just do 1 serving instead of 4 or 5 because you don't know how to work the computer

This one store always gets orders messed up, we said we want a small iced butter pecan and they charged and gave us us a cold brew nitro and they also never actually toast the bread for avocado toast, asked for it to be extra toasted and this is how it came out. and our hashbrowns weren’t cooked long enough soggy and cold in middle
This one store always gets the coffee wrong. Always. Wrong sugar wrong creamer, cold coffee instead of hot. There is another Dunkin 1/4 mile down the road that does 100x the business because they get it right every time.

Have had issues withthem getting things right, but figured a year has gone by and they should have fixed it. This bread was NOT toasted, no knife to spread the avocado, no napkins, had to ask for straws and toast was tossed out the window to us. Guess they need way more than a year since even the simplest thing, giving drinks out, was done wrong. My ice tea was lemonade.

Well, we had come before and they had served us very well... but today a guy took our order, we ordered avocado toast with bacon and they prepared it without bacon, then we ordered 2 hot cappuccinos and when he prepared it, that is, he added the cold coffee milk And now... we received 2 cold coffees... and we asked for egg bites and they never gave them. Besides, when we arrived we were waiting to be served, the boy knew that we were waiting to be served and even so he prepared to serve someone else. everything is wrong with that man... imagine having a job and serving some people well because you like them and others poorly because you don't like them...
