Came in around 5pm on 1/27/2024, and walked up to the counter. No greeting. I said Hello and started to tell the person behind the counter what I would like. She responds with "I'm actually in the middle of an order." I say no problem, I can wait. I figure it would be a couple of minutes. It was well over a 10 minute wait. She never said how long it would be, or a "thank you for your patience" after. I think she purposely went slow, because my sandwich was made rather quickly, when it finally got made.She placed my sandwich in a bag, at this point I hadn't even swiped my card yet. Instead of a "thanks, have a nice day", "thanks for your patience" or "do you want your receipt?" she just goes back down the counter to wait on the next person. Not a word to me. I could have (and should have) just grabbed the sandwich and left without paying and it wouldn't have been noticed.On the plus side, the sandwich was good. A manager or another worker should give this person training on basic customer service. I've been in here 2-3 other times with a different person with no problems at all. If I stop in here again (unlikely) and see this same person, I will certainly turn around and take my business elsewhere.

Went in with my mother to get some sandwiches for the family. Needless to say it was without a doubt the worst customer service I've ever seen. When we first came in a young girl had said she would be right with us and she was very courteous. After a couple of minutes a man came from the back ranting about something he was upset about and proceeded to look at my mother and say something to the effect of "next sandwich!" And held his ear out very condescendingly. My mother paused and was dumbfounded by the lack of customer service as she replied "what?" He the proceeded to say it louder and be further condescending to which we responded by walking out and will never be returning. Next time he should probably start with a "how may I help you today?"
