We ordered from this location. I ordered a wrap and was disappointed to see that my wrap was poorly done with it not being wrapped normally, burrito style, rather it was all put on a flat piece of Peta and not the usual wrap style.

I ordered Subway pizza, it's not the worlds best pizza but it's quick good pizza made to order in just a few minutes. The manager of this location is awesome, she makes sure everything is just perfect. This is the biggest reason we like this location.

Worst experience ever..ordered 4 sandwiches. The roll on one side was hard as could be..could not eat it..the other sandwich looked as if a 3 year old made it..one slice of pepper 2 slices of onion..just a child hand side of meat...called back young girl on laughed and said I would have to call in the morning my adult children would not eat there food did not even open them..manager said she would refund it..as I was driving back up to show the sandwiches to the manager and to get refund. Manager called me and said the general manager would not refund me but give me two free sandwiches...this establishment is not about its customers..so go to old town or brewer subway...they are amazing avoid this shop all together...the workers after 4 are young and don't care about there work and are extremely rude!!! I lost 52.00 that night..don't do the same!!!

9 out of 10 times going in there they don't have in stock what you want and the pizza place is hardly ever up and running. Staff will sit there and have a conversation in the back room for 5 minutes before addressing you to tell you they don't have what you want. This is a horribly managed location.

This particular one is exceptional. Great service and construction of sandwiches. When I went there today, the mgr was all alone and still cranked out the product in a timely manner. There was a line of 8-9 customers, some with multiple sandwiches, and she just had at it. The owner should take note of the dedication and effort of this woman.

Used to enjoy getting sandwiches here. After my last experience, will just stick with Jersey Mike’s. Waited 20 minutes for an order because they said it wasn’t ready yet. Turns out it was and was in front of them and not where they thought it should be in the pickup rack. Not only were the sandwiches not good, I only received a 6” sub when I ordered a footlong. Reached out to Subway customer service twice: crickets. Not sure if they aren’t reaching out to the owner or the owner is just blowing me off. Either way, one of the few negative reviews I’ve left in my lifetime.

Best Subway we’ve experienced in a long time. Staff (Chase and Rachel) was great, accommodating, patient. This is the place to grab a 6” before you head into Baxter Park for a hike, or for a comfort filled BMT after hiking Katahdin.
