Went in twenty minutes before they closed and was greeted by a gentleman in glasses. He was very enthusiastic and helpful, despite the store closing soon. He was very efficient, patient and was able to offer the full menu. It was an enjoyable experience and Subway should be glad to have someone like him running the store. Great Job.

I can only assume this location stays in business because of UMO being close by & it is convenient for the students. Always seems like you are a bother just walking in the door & sandwiches are slapped together with the same attitude.

We ordered from this location. I ordered a wrap and was disappointed to see that my wrap was poorly done with it not being wrapped normally, burrito style, rather it was all put on a flat piece of Peta and not the usual wrap style.

I ordered Subway pizza, it's not the worlds best pizza but it's quick good pizza made to order in just a few minutes. The manager of this location is awesome, she makes sure everything is just perfect. This is the biggest reason we like this location.

Worst experience ever..ordered 4 sandwiches. The roll on one side was hard as could be..could not eat it..the other sandwich looked as if a 3 year old made it..one slice of pepper 2 slices of onion..just a child hand side of meat...called back young girl on laughed and said I would have to call in the morning my adult children would not eat there food did not even open them..manager said she would refund it..as I was driving back up to show the sandwiches to the manager and to get refund. Manager called me and said the general manager would not refund me but give me two free sandwiches...this establishment is not about its customers..so go to old town or brewer subway...they are amazing avoid this shop all together...the workers after 4 are young and don't care about there work and are extremely rude!!! I lost 52.00 that night..don't do the same!!!

9 out of 10 times going in there they don't have in stock what you want and the pizza place is hardly ever up and running. Staff will sit there and have a conversation in the back room for 5 minutes before addressing you to tell you they don't have what you want. This is a horribly managed location.
