Open lobby at 6;30am! Couldn’t get food or coffee cause even tho google says they open at 6:30am, that’s only if you have a car!

Normally love Wendy’s but what is this beconator? It’s like 1 strips they cut and broke in the middle at first I thought I had the wrong burger but you can’t see the it had bacon. Fries didn’t even come close to the normal amount. All for 30 bucks. Pretty sad representation of Wendy’s by the college. Don’t recommend.

I have come in multiple times and Heidi (it's on her name tag) is constantly snapping at other employees and has snapped at me. I came back recently and she was refusing to serve a costumer because of their skin color

Standard food quality for Wendy's. This location has a tendency to forget food items so check your bags and the seating area inside is usually a bit dirty or have overflowing trashcans.

I placed a mobile order for this location and went to pick it up 30 mins after they opened. I sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 mins and no one ever came on to take my order. Drove up to the window to see if I could see anyone. The lights were on but no one to be seen. Had to cancel my order and go elsewhere

My husband doordashed dinner home for our kids while he was still at work with the car. All we asked for were 2 kids meals, both the exact same. Nuggets, fries, coke, RANCH. Our order arrived and I took everything out just to see there was no ranch, no sauce at all. My kids are now refusing to eat because the idiot workers here were too lazy to throw sauce in a bag and we’re currently at an Airbnb so we don’t have ANY sauces here stocked up. I also tried calling several times, but nobody bothered to pick up the phone. Do better.

The pot hole needs to be fixed. They keep patching it, but if my car gets injured because there’s a 9 inch deep pot hole… I’m going to be forwarding that bill

On a normal basis I have nothing to complain about, this store is usually alright. But there is one employee that works at this store, as soon as I hear her voice in the drive thru I already expect it to be a struggle every time. She rushes you through your order, she asks if we want certain things and completely throws us off what we were planning to order, she gets visibly frustrated when we ask her to scan the app QR code, and snatches your phone without asking or anything. She's not personable, she never smiles or says thank you. She seems like a grumpy old lady that can't keep up with the pace of the job. She seems miserable doing what she is doing. If you are that unhappy go elsewhere.... if you are a regular patron at this restaurant I know you know who I'm talking about. I hope management has a talk with her or something because it's pushing me to spend my money elsewhere.
