My husband doordashed dinner home for our kids while he was still at work with the car. All we asked for were 2 kids meals, both the exact same. Nuggets, fries, coke, RANCH. Our order arrived and I took everything out just to see there was no ranch, no sauce at all. My kids are now refusing to eat because the idiot workers here were too lazy to throw sauce in a bag and we’re currently at an Airbnb so we don’t have ANY sauces here stocked up. I also tried calling several times, but nobody bothered to pick up the phone. Do better.

On a normal basis I have nothing to complain about, this store is usually alright. But there is one employee that works at this store, as soon as I hear her voice in the drive thru I already expect it to be a struggle every time. She rushes you through your order, she asks if we want certain things and completely throws us off what we were planning to order, she gets visibly frustrated when we ask her to scan the app QR code, and snatches your phone without asking or anything. She's not personable, she never smiles or says thank you. She seems like a grumpy old lady that can't keep up with the pace of the job. She seems miserable doing what she is doing. If you are that unhappy go elsewhere.... if you are a regular patron at this restaurant I know you know who I'm talking about. I hope management has a talk with her or something because it's pushing me to spend my money elsewhere.

The French fries were cold. We ordered 2 "biggie" bags and everything was shoved into one bag, fries fell out all through the bag. It's hard to gauge who gets how many fries. Each child likes their own bags. I wasn't aware there was a bag shortage.

Worst experience I've had. Here at 12pm on a Saturday and the lobby is swamped, and so isn't the drive through. Waited 8 minutes at the menu board to get acknowledged. Couldn't leave because car in front and car in back. I get staffing is an issue and what not but totally unacceptable.
As former Grill Master, Training Manager and Kitchen Manager of the Bangor Mall BLVD Wendy's and Current shareholder of The Wendy's Company. I would love to say. Orono store you have come a very long way in very little time each time I come in I am impressed. Last night on 09/30/2024 I made my presence in your store a little after 6pm. I ordered a Chili and I just want to say. To whom ever made that chili, made it perfectly whether you were on day crew, mid or night crew, Manager or not a manager that chili was perfect right to a T on how chili is made 100% the Wendy's way. Congratulations!!! Orono store.

The nuggets and fries were good, but the dining area was very dirty. Soda machine not cleaned in some time. The stainless steel needs a very good cleaning; along with everything else. The supervisor communicated by hollering to the back from the dining room. All the Arby's in the Bangor, Orono area need improvement.
