If i could give ZERO stars this would be the chosen rating!!! It took 15 (NO LESS) to get 2 hot coffees a med refresher and an ice latte.!!!! The car behind us left the line because it was taking a obnoxiously long time… this with no line as well as one customer in the dining area. We counted 5 employees (could have been more) but FIVE. The window employee had less than acceptable customer service and heres the best part…… ice latte was warm n 2 out of 4 drinks were made...
The people were nice from order to deliver. They were fast even though they were very busy. My coffee tastes fresh, and it was made perfectly. Put me in a good mood to continue my very busy day.
Drive thru was super slow for the time of day. Almost 15 min wait time for 2 drinks is a little egregious. Granted there were 3 people ahead. The one person literally had 3 drinks and it took me forever to get it to her. Kind of disappointing.
