Terrible service and no accountability from this business. My wife ordered 3 pizzas for our family via online ordering. After I picked up the pizzas and brought them home, we noticed that they put cheese on my wife’s pizza when she specifically asked for no cheese. The receipt clearly said “no cheese.” I then called to let them know, and they said that they would remake the pizza. They told me to bring the “wrong” pizza back to them. I drove all the way back and asked that I felt a refund or a gift certificate (for the cost of one small pizza) for their mistake would justify the inconvenience of me driving back, and also while my food at home getting cold. The owner told me with a smirk “mistakes happen and that they could not do a refund of any sort - but go to the cooler and take a drink instead.” We have given this establishment plenty of business through the years to be treated like that. All over a $10 pizza. Learn to take accountability for your mistakes and do what’s right and take care of your customers. A $1 drink is not the answer.

Yanni’s Pizza is the best pizza place I have ever been to. There are so many options to choose from and it’s all delicious. The service is fantastic, the people friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is comfortable and family friendly and it’s very clean. I recommend Yanni’s to anyone that is in the area.
