Anna's Water's Edge Restaurant

Tourist trap. Spent way too much money for a tiny lobster roll with a small amount of lobster. Cute atmosphere but it seems they are severely skimping out on their lobster given previous recent reviews. I hope They consider the feedback !

If you're expecting a traditional restaurant experience then you may be disappointed but the prices, food portions and friendly environment was a very nice surprise. Sits right on the water and you can be inside or outside (on picnic tables). Fairly large menu. The only negative was not being asked how we would like our burgers cooked. Make sure you tell the counter person who takes the orders. Would definitely recommend!

Disappointed at the quality of the lobster roll - overpriced for flavorless claw meat on an over-toasted hotdog roll. The person who took the order was friendly but once the sale was complete here was zero service.

We ordered two crab rolls, take out. We got a box with a tiny bag of potato chips, the smallest hot dog roll I’ve ever seen filled with approximately 3- maybe 4 tablespoons of crab, and 4 tiny pickles for $25.00. TOTAL RIP-OFF! The food always tastes like the smell of the restaurant. LOUSY FOOD FOR A RIDICULOUS PRICE. We will never darken their doors again.

Completely burnt my seafood bake which took 20 min to cook. When I asked for a replacement, they said they’ll make me a “new one” in 3 min. What they did was just scrape off as much of the burnt top as possible and added cream sauce to cover it up. I still found burnt food in my $32 bake. What a bad way of doing business. I guess they don’t care about one-time tourists like me.

We traveled from mn for fresh lobster and we found the best here! I asked the owner who catches all the fresh food, and she said my brother he's sitting right over there. A true family establishment. As fresh as it gets..when my friends and family ask about my trip I always tell them about Anna's restaurant it was a highlight of our trip.

We arrived by boat. Tied up at their float. NOTE: Do not tie up to float on the left! That one is reserved for fishermen. Food was great. Indoor full service dining or picnic tables and they call your name when order is ready. The atmosphere is everything! Iconic coastal Maine. Water, working waterfront, boats, seafood! I had fried clam basket. Salads with scoop of crabmeat looked delicious!

My husband and I went to Anna’s in early July. As Mainers we have had a lot of seafood at different places, but they had the best seafood platter I’ve ever had before. Even better, topped it off with homemade blueberry crumble. This place is a little slice of heaven .

Definitely a must try. Hidden gem went with and some friends if they were not from here you would never the restaurant was here, worth the drive from anywhere. Step back in time. Right on the coast eat at the waters edge or inside for some of tje freshest seafood around.
