Simple order, but was incorrect. Black coffee had cream... croissant breakfast sandwich didn't have the sausage we paid extra for. Didn't realize until we had already pulled away. Long wait for mediocre food.

Although crazy busy at lunch time, staff was friendly and I enjoyed one of the best grilled cheese on rye I've had in a long time!

It seems like everytime I stop at this location they screw up my coffee. I asked for 5 sugars and cream and got no sugar. Is it that hard to count. .

Normally my drive-through experience is pretty routine here. Nothing spectacular but today really made me realize why I'm not going to stop here again. Every time I go to the Bangor Dunkin' Donuts it's an awesome experience with amazing customer service and friendly people. This morning I ordered a latte and was told they don't have any hot drinks. Fine. I opted not to get a drink and just got a egg and cheese on a toasted croissant. The young lady with the freckles who can't be paid to smile rolled her eyes and made a face when I handed it back to her because the egg and cheese were cold and not melted. I don't need attitude when I'm spending money at your establishment and to be honest, you shouldn't have somebody who has no desire to work in customer service as the face of your business. I won't be spending my money here in the future.

I finally just contacted corporate because I used to be a crew member at Dunkin' Donuts in another state with far better standards, and it is shocking how bad this branch is. We've noticed that in the drive thru they only take two orders at a time and leave a ton of cars just sitting there waiting for over 30 mins. I see a lot of people leaving angry and driving all the way to the next town over. The employees turn off their machines an hour early. They make my drinks wrong every single time. They won't warm things when it clearly says "warmed" on the order or completely forgets to give you items you paid for. Clearly someone sucks at inventory because they are out of most everything. I used to order things for a dunkin franchise, you can't play me. All you need to do is your JOB. ‍ Mobile ordering was down for months at a time. I noticed that it just came back recently, but everything that is new and featured on the app is not in the store. Every single time I order something via mobile app they have to give me a refund because they are out of decaf espresso even, their machines don't work for some reason, one day, next day, they work. You have to insist for a refund or they just will forget to refund your card. Several times they refused to refund my debit card and insisted that the only way they could refund was via gift card. A couple months later they refund me for something else, and they tell me they can refund my card. It makes no sense honestly it seems like the workers here just don't want to do things sometimes and tell customers that they can't. I've never seen worse work ethic in my life! It's hilariously sad. Today I placed an order for my boyfriend and he went to go pick it up and they told him they were out of one thing and they would refund my card however, they didn't say they were out of TWO things, or forgot to give it to us, which we realized once he got back and he only had half the order. I've been trying to call the location and the phone is ringing off the hook. I'm going to have to go over there just to tell them that they have to refund my card for two items not just one. Keep in mind everyone, that this is the easiest coffee shop EVER to work in. All the machines have buttons, that say "small, medium, and large." Even the milk machine has buttons. All they have to do is press buttons and the coffee is made. Every drink has a certain amount of pumps of syrup and flavor shots. You can't forget it. It is the most simplified system for the most simplified, one-track brains. This is an easy job. The only difficult part is balancing a fast-paced environment and your own stress levels. Obviously if you cannot handle fast paced work, cannot handle stress, cannot handle direction, and cannot perform with professional demeanor; why are you working here??

This location is terrible. Currently waiting in line at the drive through. One car orders, the next car has to wait 3-5 minutes to order. I've been in line now currently for 20 minutes for a coffee. I will use my time and go to Newport from now on.
