Normally my drive-through experience is pretty routine here. Nothing spectacular but today really made me realize why I'm not going to stop here again. Every time I go to the Bangor Dunkin' Donuts it's an awesome experience with amazing customer service and friendly people. This morning I ordered a latte and was told they don't have any hot drinks. Have good costumer service over the speaker but when I ordered exspresso machie was down no biggie but then they tryed to give me diff food because they were out of what I ordered and when I asked for a refund the girl looked shocked ?

Simple order, but was incorrect. Black coffee had cream... croissant breakfast sandwich didn't have the sausage we paid extra for. Didn't realize until we had already pulled away. Long wait for mediocre food.
