Easily the worst Subway to ever exist. Its a shame this is one of the only places to get food in Pittsfield... Within the past year they have ran out of bread (Twice), and meat. The order is almost never right, I kid you not we order almost once a week and I might have received exactly what I ordered like 6 times. They often keep one person on staff during nights, and they're never capable of doing their job effectively. On top of it all they never run any of the "Subway Deals"...read full review

Food is ok but for some reason they don't accept online coupons. Ordered a buy 2 footlongs and was supposed to get a 3rd free. Got there to only 2 sandwiches. I would have drive to the Subway a town over. There they honor coupons. Quite ridiculous!

Workers are always friendly. The manager, Pam, works hard to keep her customers happy and is there every day. It is the only "fast food" restaurant in town so it can be a bit busy at times. The food always tastes great!
