Service is non existent. Waited in the long line at the drive thru, then no one would talk to us. People were driving away after being ignored. We drove up to the window and crew members wouldn’t even look at us. We drove off as well. Never again for this place.

I made a mobile order then waited 30 min in the drive thru to get said order and it wasn’t even made by the time we got to the window. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left 20 minutes ago. An insincere apology and no other accomodations made to an insane wait time is absolutely unacceptable.

I live next door to this location and it's one of the slowest locations I've ever been to. I just waited 9 minutes in the drive-thru this morning... I left before the line even started moving. I don't know if it is an employee issue or if it has something to do with your broken speaker that has barely worked for years?
Whoever owns this location should step up their game... Higher some decent employees, make sure the window times are down and for the love of God please fix your speaker. You can't hear the employees talking and judging by how often my order is wrong... I'm assuming they can't hear the customer either.
I want to love this location because I live right next door. But it's REALLY frustrating to be looking at a minimum 10 minute wait at the drive-thru. Every. Single. Time.
UPDATE: 07/07/25: Well here we are like a year later and it's worse than ever! You are looking at a minimum of a 10 minute wait at the drive-thru at this location at least 90% of the time. I don't know if you need more help inside or if you just need to hire a whole new crew... But you should do something because this place is a complete JOKE!

So my wife and I went through this Dunkin on our way home. Normally I don't write reviews for Dunkin but this one I'm making an exception for. The drive thru line was short and our food and drinks were ready quickly. Fairly normal. But then we started eating it and... I don't know, it was some of the best Dunkin we've had. Both of us stopped sipping our drinks and shared a moment of "They made the hell out of these!" And the bagels were toasted perfectly. Well done!

One of the workers workers was mad that she had to “make food” which caused a delay.
ordered via the app. was in a hurry. my entire order was wrong and my donuts were missing entirely. I ordered 2 hot coffees, a bagel with cream cheese, and 2 donuts. the coffees were both iced and the cream cheese wasn't spread, which I had selected for it to be, because I was in a hurry. had to rush back in upon noticing my donuts were missing.

Manager with black hair and beard was complaining I asked for my snackin bacon to be heated up saying they could be held liable if I'm driving and burn myself.. like bro just tell me you're too lazy. Most people don't want bacon covered in lard.

I truly felt sorry for the two employees at this location on the corner of rt 122 and rt 26 in Poland.They seemed rushed and harried and not able to both get orders correct or even acknowledge customers waiting in line.They completely forgot one of the sandwiches I ordered. When I went back after driving all the way home first, they then made me the wrong replacement sandwich. The employee got upset at me for pointing out they made the wrong sandwich.I don't see this as a failure of the two employees as much as an abject failure of the manager of this store.A manager leaving these two inexperienced people to themselves on a busy Sunday afternoon is an extremely bad business decision, and puts their employees in a very unfortunate situation.
