Manager with black hair and beard was complaining I asked for my snackin bacon to be heated up saying they could be held liable if I'm driving and burn myself.. like bro just tell me you're too lazy. Most people don't want bacon covered in lard.

I truly felt sorry for the two employees at this location on the corner of rt 122 and rt 26 in Poland.They seemed rushed and harried and not able to both get orders correct or even acknowledge customers waiting in line.They completely forgot one of the sandwiches I ordered. When I went back after driving all the way home first, they then made me the wrong replacement sandwich. The employee got upset at me for pointing out they made the wrong sandwich.I don't see this as a failure of the two employees as much as an abject failure of the manager of this store.A manager leaving these two inexperienced people to themselves on a busy Sunday afternoon is an extremely bad business decision, and puts their employees in a very unfortunate situation.

ordered via the app. was in a hurry. my entire order was wrong and my donuts were missing entirely. I ordered 2 hot coffees, a bagel with cream cheese, and 2 donuts. the coffees were both iced and the cream cheese wasn't spread, which I had selected for it to be, because I was in a hurry. had to rush back in upon noticing my donuts were missing.

The Independent Millennial

The competency crisis is a real thing... stood there for 5 minutes while two girls casually walked around doing their job. You ever get the feeling a worker is purposely avoiding looking at you so they can keep working and pretend you aren't there? That's 100% the experience. The other girl looked at me, played on her screen a second and then walked to the back so I left. . No "hi just a minute" - "be with you in just a second" .. nothing. They knew I was there, and I was standing with my wife and they still said nothing. I hate the work ethic of young people. Junk store. Less than 1 star.

I will say that I usually like this Dunkin, because there is usually not much of a line. That's why I gave two stars instead of one. The last time I went here, there was no line at the drive-thru, but when I pulled up to the speaker the employee said she would be right with me. I waited for a few minutes, and when she came back, I placed my food order. She replied that she was not doing food because she was there by herself. When I pulled around the building, I saw her outside smoking!

The young blonde boy that was at the window was complaining to me that I was making everyone’s lives harder because i ordered a bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap. Then proceeded to complain about it the entire time i was at the window (5 minute). Do not complain when it is what you are getting paid to do.

It's a hit or miss. One day they make my coffee great. The next day it's completely wrong. I wish it was more right than wrong. It's not hard to make a large butter pecan, 6 pumps of butter pecan and 5 cream.

I get times are tough and hiring good reliable people is also difficult. However please try to employee people who care about the job at least. This group of employees currently is by far the most inept bunch of drones you've had for a while now. They take no pride in themselves (eating behind counter), can't take orders accurately, we won't even begin to discuss speed of service. Strongly consider other locations if you have the ability to make it to one.

Took forever to get 2 cups of coffee to go and i saw 3 employees behind that counter there were 2 people in drive thru one person changing out the donuts 2 customers sitting at a table talking. None at the counter and 1 car in the drive thruCoffee was excellent though !

Nice place, service was a bit whacky. Lady taking orders might need to ease up on her recreational use of whatever it may be. We just wanted the avocado toast with hash browns and took forever and wasn't as asked, which happens. But then the drink we had to ask it to actually start being made!! So won't be back for sometime.
