I will say that I usually like this Dunkin, because there is usually not much of a line. That's why I gave two stars instead of one. The last time I went here, there was no line at the drive-thru, but when I pulled up to the speaker the employee said she would be right with me. I waited for a few minutes, and when she came back, I placed my food order. She replied that she was not doing food because she was there by herself. The young blonde boy that was at the window was complaining to me that I was making everyone’s lives harder because i ordered a bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap. Then proceeded to complain about it the entire time i was at the window (5 minute). Do not complain when it is what you are getting paid to do.

It's a hit or miss. One day they make my coffee great. The next day it's completely wrong. I wish it was more right than wrong. It's not hard to make a large butter pecan, 6 pumps of butter pecan and 5 cream.
