This is the worst place in the entire chain of restaurants in terms of food quality. The ribs were burnt. The steak, instead of well done, was simply just slightly fried. In general, I wish whoever cooked this would always have such food. Separately about the service: very long + persistent control so that we would leave a tip. Want to eat? Find another place.

They had a sign that said they were gonna be open at 2 PM which is fine. I showed up at 1:30. I waited around for 30 minutes. I go back up at 2:10 and then they have a new sign that says they won’t be open until 5 PM.. Horrible stuff why would you sit there and tell me that you’re going to be open at a certain time and then put up a new sign at that time that you’re supposed to be open stating not another three hours from then Why would you have me wait if you knew you weren’t gonna be open absolutely horrible. I Will not be back

Just ordered two fish n chip dinners and both were so over cooked it broke the plastic fork they gave us trying to get a piece of fish. Not going to order from them again

Quick Friday brunch with old college buddy. He loved his Margarita and I thought the appetizer plate basket was super. His chicken entree was to his liking and my quesadilla was hot and delicious. Clean and attentive service. Not rushed or disappointed in any way - thes value and consideration was all there. Great middle American menu with fair prices. Will do it again .

Every time I order online it defaults to this location. Every order I am missing parts of the order. Whether it's part of the appetizer or the appetizer itself. I order Brew Pub Pretzels with Beer Cheese and don't receive the Beer Cheese half the time which is a huge part of the app! haha
Today I ordered two appetizers of the Pretzels and an extra Beer Cheese in case they goof up. I managed to get one appetizer with the beer cheese and the extra I had ordered, but I'm missing a whole app of pretzels and a third container of beer cheese. lol
There's a problem with every order. Staff has been great to talk to when issues arise, but issues with every order get old. Especially when we only order every 2 - 4 months.
The website is terrible to work with. Right now you can't even order an appetizer of boneless wings because they don't give you the option to pick whether you want them plain, barbeque or whatever else. lol
Food is fine when you get it but the disappointment continues. I pay nearly $100 every order and it's never right. Probably the last time I'll be ordering delivery Applebee's.

Horrible they left a table unattended for 20 mins while a lady with a baby disappeared for 20 mins tonthe bathroom and left 2 children alone. 2 children aboutbaged 7 and one in a high seat alone...FOH manager or the MOD had no idea this was going on but waitstaff in the section had been told by the lady and children were still neglected.
