Cute little shop -- tried a delicious caramel cinnamon chaider but the regular chai latte was just okay

The atmosphere is warm and cozy, the kind of place you can settle into and actually relax. The drinks are excellent, but what made it even better was the service. On Friday afternoon, the girl working was so kind and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain the drinks and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted. Great coffee, great vibe, and wonderful people. Highly recommend!

I've went to Portland a couple times and I've ordered hot chocolate there 2 times. It pretty good and I had a chat the first time I was there. Nice vibe it gives too, to just chill and have coffee. ❤️

Terrible experience for anyone with lactose intolerance.
We ordered two coffees: a cappuccino with regular milk and a latte with lactose-free milk because I’m lactose intolerant. First they brought only the cappuccino, and we had to remind them about the latte. When we double-checked, staff assured us the cappuccino was made with lactose-free milk and the latte with regular. We swapped drinks to be safe—but judging by my body’s reaction, both were made with regular milk.
This is unacceptable. If a customer clearly states a dietary restriction, you must take it seriously. Mixing up milk types isn’t a small mistake; it causes real physical harm.

I’d like to warn others about this café. Despite clearly asking for almond milk because of lactose intolerance, they served regular milk, which made me sick. Service is slow and inattentive, tables are sticky and dirty, and the space near the entrance is cramped with wobbly tables that spill drinks. Even with three baristas, I had to remind them about my order. I visited twice, and both times were disappointing

This little Coffee Spot is just lovely. The staff are kind and attentive, the drinks are reasonably priced and delicious, they're fresh toast was crisp . Whether you are stopping by for a quick coffee on the go, or sitting down for a nibble, lovely bakery selection, this place is a 10/10 and a must if youre visiting Portland.

Arabica Coffee in Portland has a fun, funky vibe that immediately sets it apart. The service was excellent—friendly and attentive—and my flat white was perfectly made, smooth and flavorful. Great location too, making it an easy stop whether you’re exploring the area or just in need of a coffee break. Highly recommend!

Coffee was lackluster and I even had straight cold brew. No greeting, and staff looked like they would rather be anywhere else than here (2 young ladies). Service was fast so 3 stars. Definitely least favorite of the 6 different coffee shops we visited during our stay. Skip it and head to Bard or Tandem.

Super friendly service and high-quality coffee & baked goods. Really great place to chill out and enjoy some flavorful goodies! Recommending the Dubai chocolate cold brew — yes, it’s a fad flavor, but man did they nail it.

This was a cute place to sit and chat! The inside space is small, and be warned- there are very few outlets, so this is not a great place to work or study. Other than that, the service was quick and baristas were friendly, and my dirty chai tasted amazing. I would definitely recommend stopping by to spend an hour or two to hang out.
Good coffee and big croissant. Very early so not busy.
Love their selection of drinks and fun atmosphere!
Very nice staff with excellent coffee and bagels. Nice low-key atmosphere.
