I've visited Arabica several times since I work nearby. The hot drinks are great, but the iced drinks are watery and frankly unimpressive. I haven't tried their food so I can't attest to that. Now, I would come back here regularly for their hot lattes if it wasn't for the bitter attitude of *some* of the employees. There is a particular individual that works here who is quite rude on every visit. I make a point of being friendly and quick to order (I have worked as a barista so I am aware of how tiring some customers can be), yet I am always met with attitude. During my recent (and final) visit, a drink ordered by my partner was made hot rather than iced as was requested. When I asked the staff about it, they rolled their eyes and insisted we ordered it hot (no, we did not) but eventually agreed to remake the drink. Long story short, visit Arabica if you're looking for overpriced coffee with a side of attitude...

Very cozy coffee shop with many fun flavor options! I love the special bagel each week - my favorite has been salt rosemary! I love to stop in here on my way to work. Sometimes my fiance likes to work here before we go out to lunch. They have great free wifi as well.Dietary restrictions: Lots of milk alternatives.

It's a popular coffee place where you order, grab and sit. I did appreciate the old building with very big windows allowing natural light in.

I absolutely love Arabica's coffee drinks, friendly staff and cafe atmosphere. Whenever I'm in town, typically with my kids, we always stop in to take a break and get recharged. The kids love their hot chocolate, which they of course will make with non-dairy milk. Thank you Arabica!

Never again. Grumpy grumpy grumpy staff and pretty sure I was served a decaf coffee instead of a decaf americano.

When I heard #arabicacoffeeme made blueberry maple lattes, this was a immediate need where it needed to be quench and it was. On the outside this latte look liked any typical latte with a blue straw but once sipped it was delicious and satisfying with the blueberry syrup and swirled with maple syrup. It was so good that the finished this drink way too quickly. Inside of this coffee shop is welcoming with its like bright and airy windows and there are nooks inside for catching up with friends or remote/work .

I get a Breve Lavender Latte at all the new coffee shops I go to. And this one was fantastic! I would be interested to know where the syrups come from, as they tasted fresh and unique. That being said, don’t come here if you want the barista to give you the warm fuzzies. Felt super rushed to get our order in with no one behind us. ?

Great coffee in the heart of old port. They roast their own beans.

One of my worst cases of being bent over. Went in here at 8:15 in the morning on a rainy winter day. No one else in the place. Only gluten free bagels left so we had to go with that and also ordered 2 microscopic teas. After some financial black magic the total came out to 17 dollars some how. Taking it on the chin I took the order to go and off I went in the car. Strangely found a plastic knife in the bag which alerted me that there may not be any butter on the bagel just yet, as I had ordered. After inspecting the bagel my fears were turned to reality. 17 dollars and you gotta put the butter on yourself. I'm not a Mainer so maybe this is a regional commonality I'm not familiar with, but either way I think it's insulting. Last kick in the nuts was finding a container of cream cheese in the bag instead of the butter I asked for. All that said the people working there were very nice, and the tea was fabulous. Many other places to get breakfast in Portland, I'd try any of them before this one. Heed my warning

Great vibe, good coffee, and the two hour limit on parking meters means the yuppies parked on laptops also largely turn over every two hours.
