Great rooftop bar experiences, the service was excellent and there was plenty of seating. The bar area downstairs looked to have plenty of comfortable seating as well. Only critique would be food prices. For portion size it felt a little overpriced. The food was delicious. A good vibe to get a drink.

We stumbled into Bar Publica for brunch while waiting on another local spot—and wow, are we glad we did! The empanadas and sando were absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. The frozen coquito and Bloody Mary were top-tier, easily some of the best we've had.
Special shoutout to Chef Ronnie for the incredible dishes and to Evelyn behind the bar for crafting such memorable drinks and making us feel right at home. Their warmth and talent truly...

Excellent indoor/outdoor (rooftop) atmosphere with comfortable seating, extremely pleasant and attentive staff, and really good food. We had the empanadillas, the smashed cake salad (add the avocado on the side and cut it in), the queso, and the loaded tostones (not to be missed)! Prices are GREAT, portions are exactly right. Don’t miss this place.
