Steve and I recently tried Battery Steele Brewing and we enjoyed the beer that we had with little hesitancy. Little Flume was the name of the beer we had and was a Session IPA. There seems to be a series of Flume IPA'S in which most of them are more potent than the little version as they have double and triple IPA'S with the Flume title. We personally liked the Little Flume because like most Session beers it's very easy to drink and if so inclined probably spread out through the day as that is the idea with having this beer type. Flavor features to look for with Little Flume are citrusy, hoppy and subtle. The beer is hazy in appearance and light bodied which as I have said before often desired by Steve and myself when doing craft beer tastings.

One of favorite breweries. Love the staff and the set up. Beer and gluten free beverage options. Love that we can bring our dog. Great place to grab some local take out to bring, sit, relax and just hang.

Awesome space, with tables, couches and open room. Beers were great! They have some higher abv beers but serve 5 and 10 ounce pours which allows you to try a few! We came on a Saturday when they had a Cambodian food pop up with some yummy egg rolls! Only suggestion would be to have seating at the bar. Sometimes when you come solo, you just want to sit at the bar. Can't wait to come back!

Great find on our trip to Portland Maine. One of several breweries on brewery row...fun place! Way better & more friendly than Foundation Brewery.
Fun space, great beers! They have a good variety on tap which is very welcome! Staff are always friendly! And it's the same area as 4 other breweries so you can make it an adventure! Cheers!

My buddy and I strolled in and went for a flight. Being an IPA fan, I focused on the Fluke series, trying out three of them. They were impressive, with the Flume 3 (cubed) stealing the spotlight. The stout delivered on flavor, although it lacked a satisfying mouthfeel. Service was on point as well.
