I stopped in there today and could not believe what i found. I was looking for great caviar and blinis. They have an incredible selection of caviars to choose from and so much more. I also got some pate and blue cheese. And the selection of wines is amazing! The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. What a gem right here in Maine! PGS
I love stopping in here for a nice snack or some good sake. They have a huge wine selection too but I've been really enjoying trying more sake flavours and types because of their selection. Their fish is great too, the freshest you'll get and they can cut it however you need so long as you come in at a reasonable time (like don't come ten minutes before close and ask for a butterfly cut, obviously). Their salmon is to die for and their smoked scallops are addicting....
We used a bunch of Browne Trading Co caviar on top of lobster rolls (200 of them) at a Trinity College Track & Field tailgate. The caviar they helped us pair with the lobster worked out very well - it elevated the rolls. Thanks!!!
