“We had a large group of 12 Girl Scouts stop for tea as part of a troop activity. Simmer was our tea barista and she was very kind and patient with the girls while they decided. She provided excellent service. The girls enjoyed trying new flavors of tea.“

Their cookies and croiffles are delicious and I LOVE the Ube boba latte! 💜 Their quality is consistently good and every interaction I've had with their workers has been a positive one. Worth the stop, the prices are good, the treats even better! (That's not even accounting for the ice cream side of this adding a splendid chillier option on hot sunny days!)“

“This place is amazing!! I ordered on the Toast app and I wanted to take the boba home to my boyfriend since he wasn’t with me so I called and asked if I could get the drinks with no ice, the woman who answered the phone was sooo nice and very politely explained that the drink needed a little bit of ice so the drink could be shaken up well. I love this place it is the main reason I love going to the Maine mall! Everyone was super nice when I picked up the drinks:)! The boba is always amazing as well, I normally get strawberry tea with mango and strawberry boba it’s AMAZING. I always order on toast and my order is never wrong, always perfect!! If you order ahead on toast while you’re shopping in the mall, you can keep shopping until it’s ready which is so convenient! They also gave me a bag to carry the two drinks I got which was so perfect!!“
