Its fast food so expectations never too high i grabbed a breakfast croissant and it came out dripping in oil it made me want to barf just looking at it see im spanish so fry oily foods are deff ok in my book yet theres absolutely no reason a sandwitch should be that soaked at 8am in morning nonetheless š thats gross to eat service was prompt and over all just ok i suppose

Never even had the chance to get food. Everyone in the store worked at a snails pace and the manager was equally as slow. Highest recommend avoiding this location regardless of how much time you have.

I've been in Portland now for 3 months and met lots of rude people. The lady working here at 650 am on 2/27 is the absolute rudest of them all. She is an absolute See You Next Tuesday. I went back and looked at previous reviews and see how people have commented the same. Must be impossible to find people to work here. Do better.

Most unfriendly rude person ever encountered in Portland airport or any other airport! I did not use the kiosk and Simply wanted a cup of coffee. She was standing toward the back counter, and I said I would like a cup of coffee, please she came up placed the cup in front of me and said ā Iām not up here, I donāt work the counter, thatās why you didnāt see me up hereā no smile, no explaining the kiosk, and she was the only person in the facility. Gave me the coffee cup walked away. I had no idea I needed to use the kiosk just for a cup of coffee. Exceptionally rude. I guess customer service is not in the range for this facility.

The manager of this Burger King is AWFUL. She rushed a veteran with half visual impairment and a cane. He wasnāt even taking that long on the self serve and after she rushed him AGAIN he said āsorry mam I canāt seeā and she replies with āwell can you hear?!ā To which he replied ānot well, like my eye I also lost that in combatā. Disgusting way to treat someone I really hope she loses her job.
The worst Burger King on earth. Onion rings are salty. Iām talking about SATLY. The fries are SATLY. Like you have to drink tons of water. Wondering if they ever taste their own cooking?
