I ordered food because my car broke down and it arrived not only cold (I live 5 minutes away), but they literally messed up every single item I ordered. I didn't receive my 12 piece chicken fry either. I understand messing up one or two items, but I ordered 4 things and none were right and one was missing.

Clerk messed up my order and tried to tell me what I said to make it all my fault. Waiting for her to make corrections my burger got cold. When asked what was taking so long her reply was, not to give her a hard time or I wouldn’t get anything. So rude, I’m considering going elsewhere from now on.

The whole reason the company counts how long people wait for their food is keep track of service time, if every time u go through and they send u to go park, seems like cheating to me lol. I was made to go park when there was no one in back of me. They also have no idea about the Burger King app and aren’t willing to have patience or time to train on it so you can help customers. I was also told to go park, figure it out then come back! Why offer it if it’s so useless, I’ve NEVER had a problem using McDonalds, it’s easy to navigate and gives u the ability to pay in cash or card, which apparently y’all’s does not.

Food is on par in the local fast food scene. Staff are courteous, only negative remark would be to pay attention when traveling through their drive through, very tight with close curves. If youre not paying attention you may curb your rims

I just had the absolute worst experience at Burger King. The employee at the drive-thru was shockingly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I pulled up, her behavior was extremely concerning. She was rambling about how she had to make breakfast for everyone in line—even though there was only one car ahead of me, and they were already receiving their food. When I politely asked her to give me a moment to figure out my order, she suddenly started yelling at me, telling me to hurry up.

As I was calmly giving my order, she kept going off about how she didn’t have time, speaking in an erratic and aggressive tone the entire time. It honestly felt like she might have been under the influence of something—her behavior was just that alarming. I felt so uncomfortable and shocked at how unprofessional she was, and I genuinely feel sorry for anyone else who had to deal with her today. I wouldn’t be surprised if the food quality was compromised too, considering how she was acting. This was completely unacceptable, and I don’t plan on returning.

Something needs to be done about this situation before more customers have to deal with this kind of treatment.

This is one of the worst Burger King that I’ve ever had a pleasure of visiting. I’m not sure if they’re just racist or just rude anyway customer service representative took my order and then proceeded to tell me what he thought I ordered after I told him that’s not the way you talk to customers, then looked at me and walked away in the back which the manager didn’t take any corrective actions or anything like that just finished making my food, then toss the bag on the counter towards me at that point, obviously I’m never coming back to this location. I would not recommend going there.

Frequently the menu board is out so I can only order what I can remember they have. I rarely stop at any fast food place. Tonight I used a survey coupon only to be CHARGED for the free whopper I chose as my sandwich. I pointed out I ordered a LG fry and small unsweetened tea. ($3.99 & $1) As well as 2 whopper Jr's for $5. My math says $9.99. Yet there is a $5.98 charge for a whopper. Completely over the head of the drive through worker when I explained I should be seeing NO CHARGE at all for a whopper since that was the promo. Charged my credit card $17.25. After waiting for my food she opens the window to hand it to my and gives me $4 in o es for the fry she says she shouldn't have charged me for. The promo on the survey was buy any size drink and any size fry for the whopper. She SHOULD have charged for the fry but NOT THE WHOPPER. I left since she was just plain Ole dumb and the new math wasn't working.

I stopped at this location on 9-7-24 after a very long day. I got out of work at 1 am I'm went through the drive thru the menu was off so I was unsure what they were serving so I simply asked are you still serving whoppers amd such right now right and tje response I received from the girl taking orders says in a very rude tone yeah thats what we sell what do you want so I placed my order. Got to the window and I can hear her yelling through her headset at a customer I can't hear you talk put your window, your window I said window this woman taking orders was so incredibly mad for no reason. I just want to add my fries were still frozen no taste at all.
