It was a takeout order. Everything was just as we ordered it. The price was reasonable and the kiosk for placing your own order sped things up. Love the new feature. Also like the multiple variety of choices in the whopper Jr's. all for 2 for $5. In and out in a timely manor.

Absolutely terrible. I drive a large truck. Doesn’t fit in the drive through. The people working inside can see me and the truck but can’t be bothered to open the door to take an order.

Disgusting place, not cleaned ever. Lobby always locked. So if you don’t drive you don’t eat. Place that mobile order for lobby pick up for your food to sit inside or never be made. Have to teach each employee where to get my mobile order that isn’t doordash. Place is a joke. Gone downhill hard.

I pulled into this location at 6:30am on 2/16/24. I order a ham and egg croissant also asked if it came in a meal. The person says with cheese right. I repeated my order again. Ham and egg croissant. Again this person says with cheese right. Never once did I say cheese. As this person kept asking about the cheese her tone changed. Sounding more irritated. Not feeding into her I drove away. This person was very unprofessional. If I wanted cheese, I would’ve said with cheese.

Rude female working the drive thru, every word out of her mouth was "is that it?" I ordered 2 kids meals, 2 burgers, a fry, and a drink and everything ended with "is that it?" We did get the fries for free though. After getting home my daughter found someone's hair in her burger but I really don't want to go back I really feel like we would just get more rude attitude. Never going back there.

this location literally always gets my order wrong. been in countless times and theyre always forgetting an item i ordered. so disappointed in how consistently this happens. don't go unless you have time to open the bag and itemize everything you ordered, bc they 100% forgot something.

Made an order using the Burger King app. Pulled into the Drive thru 5 minutes after placing my order, and it was ready to go. Cheeseburgers made the way I requested and the fries where hot and perfect. One of the best fast food restaurants in the area.

No sign on the door stating early closure of dining room. Employee leaving for the night let me in without telling me the lobby was closed. Grill Employee looked at me 3 times and said nothing. Was finally told by the manager on duty when he finally came to the counter and said something.I fully understand situations of being short staffed however, there should be notice of hour change posted for customers, employees should use better judgement then to let customers into a closed restaurant when they full well knew the lobby was not open.

11:55 pm. Red jeep. The woman who took my order was clearly strung out; falling asleep, and held onto my card for a few minutes as she went around waiting to clock out. When I asked for it, another woman with darker hair and equally bad appearance scoffed at me and found my card for me. Was then given the incorrect food. Not that I’m going to eat it anyways. They weren’t wearing gloves and were clearly using and probably stole my card info while they were at it. Won’t be returning, not that this store cares, and will be keeping a close eye on my card over the following days. Completely unsafe experience. Will be posting this on their bk/contactus support site for the place as well so others won’t have to deal with this. Other BKs and other food places in general open and worth the drive to not feel unsafe and scammed by a drug-ridden and unsanitary environment.
