Their avocado toast is like a warm hug. More places need to make an avo toast like this: thick warm rye (I think) bread with a warm generous layer of avocado with some spice maybe onion? I can't place it but it's good. Even my half toast order was a good large amount. I asked for it without pepper flakes so thanks to reviews who let me know about it. I tried this place as my last meal before heading out of Portland ME to the airport and it was a small unassuming place, but has great friendly service and a good vibe inside.

I went here once and had a fantastic experience. They told me a new crop of coffee would be coming in and I finally got around to ordering some . The beans came vacuum packed and very fresh and they are as amazing as I hoped . This is the pinnacle of fresh roasted coffee.
Super friendly coffee shop with delicious hand pies! Coffee/cold brew was tasty and loved the pain viande as well as the veg sambusa. Owner (my best guess), was nice enough to ask what we thought of everything as well.
Would definitely go back and recommend (easy walk from downtown Portland over by the hospital with a smaller business feel).

That coffee had a lil dark chocolate tinge to it. Two friendly baristas welcomed me and I felt the connection that caffeine and currency create. Im awake now, and I have to pee - meaning it is truly coffee. I enjoyed my drink
