Absolutely AMAZING experience! Me and my GF visited, and it was everything I could've asked for. The burgers were incredibly top notch, easily some of the best burgers I have ever had. Although the chicken wings were a bit overcooked and confidently DOUSED in sauce, which is subjective but important to mention for those who may share my sense of taste.
The atmosphere as we walked in was so damn good! We immediately felt welcome and comfortable, with the nice darks and wooden detailing everywhere.
The best part was the service. The waiter was kind and sweet, she was friendly and very personable. I had taken off a ring to eat, and when I forgot it she literally chased us down the street to give it back! Going above and beyond for your customers is the mark of excellent service!
Overall, with some very minor criticism is Butcher Burger the prime destination for excellent burgers and service! My GF and I will be visiting any chance we get.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entire joint is on a single floor, with a spacious restroom. It should be wheelchair accessible.
My nephew and I go to different restaurants to taste review them since his Mom died last year. I found the BUTCHER BURGER in Bethel online. We decided to go and try it. The parking is extremely limited. Shared parking lot. One of the owners tried to help me find a space, but as we entered, others were leaving and kindly let me have their spot. Very small, but extremely busy restaurants/ bar. We found a table and waited for service. The bartender was our waiter and was extremely nice and attended to our needs. My nephew asked questions regarding special ordering due to his needs and was accommodated. He ordered a type of cheeseburger with bacon and it had a bacon jam sauce and the block sauce, that he asked not to have, and he end up adding some of the block sauce that he thought he wouldn't like after trying with the fries. I ordered the crispy haddock sandwich with Pico salsa and coleslaw. It was very flavorful. The only thing is, It just needed to NOT be cooked as long to be that dark and crispy. ( it was so busy there that I wonder if the oil was already to used and old that's why it was so dark and not light And crispy.) Otherwise, I would very much recommend BUTCHER BURGER to anyone in the area and or are visiting. I do find that the restaurants today have increased their prices, but losing the accommadating side of frieds and have to buy separately is a little too much and over priced. We give it 4 1/2 STARS!

This is a tiny restaurant but the food is amazing. You can't go with a group of 4+ and expect to sit together, bar style seating only. We tried the hot buttered lobster roll, the falafel, and the bacon bacon burger. All was excellent but my son--who could win an award in a picky eaters contest--said the burger was the best he's ever eaten. High praise indeed

Sucked in by the menu posted outside, walked in and thought wow what a tiny place. But it’s perfect! The waitress is great, the food is perfect. The atmosphere is amazing. Will definitely be back!
Fantastic burger! Well cooked and seasoned. Fresh toppings with a tangy burger sauce. Onion rings were crispy, not over salted, and a huge portion. Great friendly service. Time for a cold beer while waiting. A winner.

Very very small place, but HHHUUUUUGGGEEEEEE flavors 😋 across the menu. Visiting friends in Maine, stopped here after visiting PEAKS ISLAND. Wife got the lobster roll, friend fot lobster grilled cheese, friends husband got burger, and their son got the 2 sliders meal. I was debating between a burger and wings and worker heard my debate and suggested wings (since I love wings). They were very very crispy, but not dry. Buffalo sauce had a very good taste. Don't get me started on their onion rings... myyyyy gaaaawwwwdddd they were amazing and A LOT.. they were so crispy they fell apart at every bite. JUST AMAZING and to top it off, the best sweet tea I had on the trip. From what I saw, the fries look like CRINKLE FRIES Everyone else enjoyed their meals as well. Only took pic 📸 of my food 😆 Prices on menu vary.. seafood does cost a bit more..

Hello! I came by butcher burger today with a couple of my peers and we had sat down to eat. A server by the name of Callum had served us and right off the bat was being very openly rude. He had asked us about what we were wearing (we were wearing our muslim thobes) and after that he was being openly racist and disrespect. I feel disgusted by the way he treated us just because of our culture, ethnicity and religion. I usually don’t make comments like this but this was outmost disappointing. This isn’t my first time coming to Butcher Burger and the previous times we had great service. I don’t want to let this one bad interaction ruin butcher burger for us.
Caitlin makes the best strawberry margaritas! Had the hot honey chicken sandwich and fries - everything is always AMAZING! Thanks guys!! 🙌
The Big Bird and onion rings are delicious! We get them all the time. We ordered the Caesar this time and it was inedible — dressing was gross
