On our way back home in NY from Houlton, Maine we decided to stop and walk around town down Portland, an across from where we parked we saw Butcher Burger and decided to go in and hands down the best decision we made lol the atmosphere, the music playlist top tier, amazing staff and A1 service!!!My family loved Sierra One of the staff at Butcher, She had all the answers to our questions when it came to certain drinks and recommended a drink from our description that hit the spot to what my sister is used to drinking back home on Long Island….I decided to go with THE SURE & TURF BURGER which came with house patty • hand-picked Maine lobster • lettuce • tomato • bacon • mayo which was delicious to the very last bit!!Followed by The CRISPY LOBSTER ROLL which consisted of crispy Maine lobster • shredded lettuce • bacon jam • spicy mayo • brioche roll and let me tell that bacon Jam was the pièce de résistance to that amazing Lobster Roll!!Boy oh boy let’s talk about these BUTCHER FRIES they used Maine potatoes and talk about crunchy they triple cooked them bad boys and Served them with their amazingly delicious block sauce that we couldn’t get enough of!!!10 out of 10 for me and I will definitely be back again soon!!!!!

Small bar style restaurant with friendly staff. Ordered the surf and turf but didn't realize that the burger meat had bacon in it (my fault)... they replaced the meal without even batting an eye.. ended up eating the chicken and waffle, which was amazing! Highly recommend checking out this spot.. just be cautious of the bacon in the burgers (again, it is written on the menu).Will def return.

Butcher Burger was fantastic! Food was excellent. They did not have any stouts in cans or draft, so that was disappointing. The burger and fries were unbelievable. Only real issue was parking. We paid $16 to park in the garage across the street. There was no street parking. $16 is a steep addition to a $100 lunch for two people.
Wow! What a great meal at Butcher Burger . Our first time there and it did not disappoint. Sadie was great with explaining portion sizes . Our burgers and sea salt fries were one of the best we’ve ever had . Atmosphere was spot on with terrific music playing . I would highly recommend trying this place out .
