I had a great experience at Buzz Coffee. I ordered a Hot Chai Tea Latte with Almond Milk, which was delicious! Their chai tea is one of the best in the area. They were more than happy to use my reusable cup. It is cozy and tucked away from the bustling streets of Portland’s Old Port and the cold weather outside. Seems like a great place to curl up with a good book, write or study. Thanks Buzz Coffee!

Very cute coffee spot with super friendly staff, I appreciate that they have multiple non coffee options as well. They do fun seasonal speciality drinks too!

I had the Gingerbread Chai & the Basic Buzz breakfast sandwich. The Basic Buzz was super yummy (the chipotle mayo really made it) but it was a bit small, so I ended up ordering another to curb my late breakfast / early lunch hunger. The gingerbread chai met expectations! Reasonably priced, fast service, & comfortable atmosphere.

We walked in this coffee shop at 2:50, and jokingly asked “do you have coffee?” To which to workers responded “well, we’re closing soon so no we’re not making coffee”. The coffee shop, which ONLY sells coffee.. refused to make coffee for 6+ customers 40 minutes before close? Ridiculous. That’s your job. If you don’t want to make coffee for customers.. then don’t work at at coffee shop. Simple as that. I’d give my money to Starbucks any day over this trash.

Maple harvest latte is the best!! Staff helped me pick the perfect latte. Would recommend and go back only if the karaoke stopped. Music playlist was great but the staff member singing with it was a little bit obnoxious.

I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars, especially for the service! I was in Portland for a conference and decided to try the coffee here. I'm so glad I did. The barista was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. I had a mishap that resulted in coffee being spilled ALL OVER a table and the floor, but the barista made me a new coffee with no questions asked and told me that she'd clean up the mess and that it was not a problem. As someone with social anxiety, this level of service made all the difference for me and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I will definitely be returning here for future trips. Oh, and the coffee was delicious!

This coffee shop was off my radar until I started reading about it, and walked by it several times on my commute to work. I love discovering "new" cafes and coffee shops in Portland so I stopped by today. I enjoyed the experience and vibe - great coffee, and a charming place to hang out. I sat in the cute little nook off to the side and savored my cappuccino while listening to the chatter of the barista with happy customers. There were enticing goodies, and the breakfast sandwiches look delicious, so perhaps another time. I also liked how they have little tables and chairs set up outside on the sidewalk. The only down side is that the stairs would be challenging (but doable) for my husband to navigate. But still, a great location and "find."
