10/5 stars for service. Went in looking to cure a violent hangover. The lovely lady made a delicious spicy margarita that fixed all ailments. Delicious grilled cheese as well, had the Mac Daddy.

The food was great. The service... Great once we got it. We stood around for 5 or 6 minutes, during the lunch hour, at the register. No other customers were in the store, and the staff (3 of them) were sitting around at a table talking. Finally, one of them asked if we needed to order.Once we were finally helped, the food was great.

Awful service. 15 minutes in line and nobody helps the counter. Three workers and nobody could be bothered even acknowledging the line. And only 2 tables waiting for food. Plenty of other restaurants in Old Port to go
Amazing food, and the staff to match! I have celiac disease and it can be super stressful to put my health in other peoples hands, but we inadvertently seated across from the kitchen so I was able to see how they handled my food and I was so impressed. Everything was quickly and efficiently cleaned before prepping my sandwich, parchment paper was used as a barrier between the bread and the griddle. My sandwich came out separately and was clearly announced.I have truly never felt more confident in eating a sandwich from a restaurant, it’s so nice when people treat your allergy seriously. And beyond that it was INSANELY good. I got the one with bbq sweet potatoes and damn I might have to back for a second one before I leave town now that I’m thinking about it…Thanks y’all!! This sandwich made my whole trip ❤️Dietary restrictions: Staff has proper protocol to avoid cross contamination of food allergens.

Our kids love this place so we tried it today. I had the baconator and the hubs had the godmother! I loved mine, my hubs said his was on the salty side and needed more tomatoes. Everyone there is super nice too!
