Food was good. They were out of soda though... I know it happens but, its hard when ypure picking up and theperson NOT there is the one affected. Overall though, it was still a 4 out of 5.

Holy what a terrible Chipotle! Rude staff, over charged me, and they actually argued with me about salsa! They didn’t make the burritos the right way, and the person checking me out should never work in a customer environment ever!!! So rude! I was totally polite and said please and thank you but she just stared me down when I asked for a different salsa like i just slashed her tires.

EDIT: got in touch with management and they gave us a voucher for new entrees, chips and guac to be used in the next 30 days. I appreciate the effort to make things right but it is somewhat annoying that this was necessary at all

Ordered through the app. Normally we love chipotle but this location was not consistent with the franchise’s quality. Place was dirty when we went in to pick up the food. The bag was correctly labeled but when we got home the contents were meals ordered by and prepared for someone else. They did remember to put in the correct chips and guac, but the guac itself was brown and inedible. The AI chatbot on the app has not yet proved to be helpful in resolving this matter.

Let me preface by saying I have ordered UberEats from here numerous times without issue. I ordered a veggie burrito and chips. All was fine until I bit down and didn’t hear a crunch but rather a crack. There was a piece of bone in the burrito. This was a veggie burrito and I’m not even mad I’m just very curious how this even happened. 😅🧐

I made a simple request. A burrito, but in a bowl. (In case it fell apart.) The lady at the front when I was explaining said “shut up, please”. I was being polite. I get having a bad day but you shouldn’t be working customer service if you can’t handle a simple request and tell a customer to “shut up”. Be a decent person, please. 🙄
