I made a simple request. A burrito, but in a bowl. (In case it fell apart.) The lady at the front when I was explaining said “shut up, please”. I was being polite. I get having a bad day but you shouldn’t be working customer service if you can’t handle a simple request and tell a customer to “shut up”. Be a decent person, please. 🙄

UPDATE: After not getting much support from Chipotle online, the next time I was into the place I explained what happened about a month ago and asked if they'd take care of me, and they did! Hooked me up with another burrito--no hair. The manager was very accommodating. Place looked good and staff was friendly!

Jan 14 2025 - Got a burrito tonight, place is always filthy and it never bothers me much, staff is hit or miss on customer service, and food is usually ok, however tonight I got the motherload, a big nasty clump of long thick hair in the middle of my burrito 🤢

If I could give this place a zero stars, I would. Tonight me and my family decided to order our meals, and pick up. The pick up process went as expected, easy going. However, when we returned home, excited to eat our dinner, we discovered that one of the burritos made was absolutely unacceptable. Upon a closer look the meat that was supposed to be steak was dry and hard. Did not taste the least bit like steak. The burritos we ordered had severely undercooked rice and beans. Every bite was excruciating on the teeth, as the rice still had its shelling. This place is a hit or a miss, however we will not be returning. The amount of money we payed was not worth the meal we had. Very disappointed to say the least. We’ve had great meals from this location, so I’m not certain of why the quality has diminished. Hope this will be resolved for future customers, we felt like we lost out on what would have otherwise been a great meal.

As others have said, absolutely filthy. If it looks like this at the front of the house god only knows what it looks like out back. An old restaurant saying goes "If you are leaning you could be cleaning". I see multiple employees leaning as we speak.

I rarely leave reviews but tonight was shocking. We went at 4:55pm on a the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Mind you this location is directly outside the mall that was booming. We walked up to the counter and the lady was extremely rude and said “no meat”. I was confused and said excuse me and she pointed to the counter and said “no meat”. I looked down and all the meat was gone I asked if they were preparing more and she said no and I looked over and there was 6 associated standing around on their phones. The trash was overflowing. The place was filthy and they were most definitely not planning to prepare anymore meat right at dinner time. I will NEVER be back.

This is a very very very poorly run Chipotle. I have been 4 times and upon leaving every single time wonder why did I bother coming back. The majority of the employees don’t speak English and it’s very hard to order. They never once have had fajita vegetables while I’m there which is just wild, how is no one ever grilling them before they run out? The sizing is different every time also you will either get served the largest bowl of your life or a burrito that’s so small it might as well be a rolled taco. I really wish they’d hire some management or just better people because there really isn’t an excuse for being consistently terrible and the food always being ICE COLD. Always. Honestly I rarely if ever write a review but I hope this will stop someone else from wasting their money here.
