I’ve been going to the original Congress Street location since it opened many many years ago. I don’t go there out of habit. I go there because the coffee is great, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and it’s turned into a neighborhood favorite. Sure I’ll go to another coffee shop now and then but I always go back to Coffee By Design.
The coffee was excellent and the staff was very friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: They had a wheelchair accessable entrance.

Very pleasant staff and and the mocha latte was definitely the best in town.
Vegetarian options: Coffee, thank goodness, is vegetarian, but they had lots of vegan options for keeping things dairy free.
