I like Crying tiger steak, Moo Ping and nam jim seafood is the best, it’s spicy made me feel like home 🇹🇭 The fried chicken needs to be cooked longer, it’s still raw in the middle. Thai iced tea should be less sweet and more intense than this it will be very perfect! 😍

My wife really wanted to try out this restaurant, but I have an capsaicin allergy which I was pretty sure would allow me to only eat rice and beer. The staff and kitchen went out of their way to be accommodating. Incredible staff, great atmosphere, would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Portland that wants to find some Thai food!

It’s solid, but be warned: they have an automatic 5% fee for back of house and only give tip options by default of 20/25/30% on the machine when you pay (server holds it + not easy to put a custom tip). Effective tip of *26% minimum* leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I would not mind paying more for the food, just be upfront with your costs!

Edit—ended up getting horrible food poisoning here as well from the chicken sandwich, so doubly can’t recommend :( was the only meal I didn’t share the whole day so confident this was it

Best lunch deal in town. $1 Oysters from 11 - 3 PM with a delicious chimchurri sauce. The Deluxe Chicken Sandwich is also perfectly cooked and a massive deal at $15.

Side note, the bathroom is wild here.

Crispy gai was fun. Lots of fun non alcoholic options and the food was delicious! They were playing some old school hip hop & r&b which was the cherry on top of a great time out with friends :)

The wings with the chili crisp sauce are awesome and the moo ping was seriously amazing

Update: I have came here a few times since my original review. Never a bad visit. The moo ping is still amazing and the wings are unbeatable. Don’t forget to try the fried rice. They have a great drink selection. The dessert is an amazing ice cream sandwich that you need to try and have also got lucky with a special of mango sticky rice before which was absolutely delicious. I was bummed the chili crisp sauce was gone and hope it comes back!

Hands down the best meal I’ve had in Portland to date! Our server was so kind and attentive - she really made the experience and even gave us a handwritten card with bar recs close by (sorry I didn’t catch your name!). The drinks were killer, and food was so flavorful, not like your average noodles and veg sides. Chive cakes were 10/10. Pork skewers were also so smoky and juicy. BUT THE FRIED CHICKEN!!!! Enough said. Get all the sauces.

Great fried chicken, great dipping sauces (pricey at $8? each), and astounding Pad Pok brussel sprouts. The only so-so thing was cabbage salad. Dessert = Fruity pebble cookie with lemongrass ice cream - two flavors that I would never mix together and wouldn't miss if I never ran across again - but our server said we'd like it - and she was right. Colorful retro decor, bustling staff, great food, happy customers.
