Yum, unique, flavor, perfect! I'll be back! Two of us= crab rangoon dip*real crab), scallop crudo (amazing), and a chicken sandwich (super juicy). I'm not sure you can go wrong with anything on the menu! Bonus we found a parking (cheap, metered) spot across the street, and an auntie and a niece enjoyed our time together and a great place to eat!

Wow, what another great new to me, establishment serving up amazing Korean, Asian cuisine. Simple cocktails led to the best fried rice I’ve ever had. Dotted with Chinese sausage and what must have been rice powder or flour that gave it an incredible Unami effect. The chicken sandwich was over the top and I would highly recommend not leaving here without trying it. This was the best lunch we had on our two day Portland excursion

Wow! So glad that we found this spot. Everything we tried was outstanding. Highly recommended. Try the N/A After Dark drink.

Cool new place, came for dinner with a friend. Cocktails were a 10/10 start! Plenty of non-alcoholic options, beautiful presentation, delicious and refreshing. Crispy chicken was a bit dry, but good. Majority of menu options are spicy (noodles we ordered were too spicy for us), not a wide variety of milder foods. Oh well... but clearly marked gluten-free options, and several available for substitution!
Pork belly chops were underwhelming :( I think it was the greens (my friend's noodles had them too) - they were sour??

Such a fun spot! Unbelievable chicken wings and sandwiches - order many dishes and share so fun!!!
Awesome drinks, awesome vibes, and awesome food. Believe the hype on what you see and don’t skip on getting at least two orders of chicken wings. My favorites were the red curry.
We really enjoyed the Thai michilada and mimosa, both were delicious as well and reasonably priced

We stopped here during a road trip and we're glad we did! My husband said these were the best wings he has ever had, and our kids are still talking about the rangoon dip hours later. I personally loved the chicken sandwich, and thought the fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy (we dipped them in the rangoon dip too when we ran out of wonton chips - highly recommend!). We will definitely visit this restaurant again if we ever find ourselves in Portland in the future.

Crispy Gai is one of the best restaurants in Portland Maine. Which says a lot, because there are dozens of amazing places to eat! My two must order dishes.. Sichuan wings *chefs kiss, drunken noodle *mouth wateringly good.
Popped in for a quick bite because of all the great reviews. Omg I’m so glad I did! I ordered oysters and the red curry wings and everything was amazing. Flavors are authentic and that sauce for the oysters was dynamite. I wish they would sell it by the jar. Highly recommend and next time im in Maine I’ll definitely stop by again.

Morgan really walked us through the menu and guided us to the perfect lunch. We tried a variety of items and all were very tasty but the wings we chose lacked the pop of flavor we had hoped for. Hot Honey Sandwich was perfect balance of heat and savory. Well worth a try. Thanks Morgan for making our dining experience so delightful.

Solid wings and insane sauces.
Heard so many great things about this place from my friends, so I dropped by this weekend for a quick lunch. Even at 1:30 PM, the place was very busy. No tables open, so we squeezed into small counter seats to skip the wait.
I always order wings at Southeast Asian spots, so my standards run pretty high. By those standards, the wings here fell on the better end of the spectrum, but weren’t quite best-in-class. To be honest, I've had better wings elsewhere, but the sauces here changed the whole game. They were, quite literally, finger-lickin' good.
Wings – We tried all three varieties, and while the dry rubs on the Red Curry and Sichuan wings didn't fully impress (the Sichuan batch was even slightly overcooked), the accompanying sauces redeemed everything. These are sauces you could drizzle onto cardboard, and it would probably taste great.
Sauce Party – Five total, and worth ordering enough wings to try them all. My top picks were the NJS Ranch and the Nam Jim Gai. Both had a funky umami depth with a bit of extra acidity that took everything up a notch. The only one I found a bit underwhelming was the Thai chili sauce.
Pad See Ew – A straightforward but well-executed dish that rounded out the meal.
Mango Sticky Rice – The mango was slightly underripe, but I genuinely enjoyed the rice's congee-like consistency. That additional moisture provided the dish a comforting, hearty texture that worked particularly well served warm.
