They got new furniture, that doesn't make me think I'm gonna die! Yay for chicken without human death! Other than a place to sit, here you will find fair prices on some of the best chickeny items I've ever had. All of the chicken is cooked to order, so it can take a little while to get your food, but it is well worth the wait. I can't get enough! They also have lamb, and a bunch of other stuff, but I'm in love with the chicken!

The attached picture shows you how dry their potatoes are. You can literally hold them, in your hand, like it's a piece of bread. Adding to this, it was cold when I received it, which it was only a 2 min drive from my home. Way below the safe temperature to eat food. The macaroni and cheese was gritty, and also very cold. And finally, I ordered a cheesesteak sub, and there was almost no cheese on it, and barely any steak.

I was really in the mood for some chicken and wanted to try a small, local fried chicken spot instead of a chain. That's when I came across Crown Chicken and decided to give it a go. I ordered a three-piece combo with fries and a drink, but I was disappointed. The fries were so overcooked that they turned to powder in my mouth, though I initially thought they were probably more focused on their chicken. Unfortunately, the chicken was just as unsatisfactory. While it was definitely fresh, it was nearly devoid of seasoning. As someone who eats fried chicken often, I know it should have a nice golden-brown color, indicating fresh oil. Instead, the chicken had a dark, greasy appearance, suggesting the oil was old and burnt. I’m not one to send food back, especially since it would just be cooked in the same old grease, so I finished my meal and wished I had just gone to Popeyes down the street. I wouldn’t recommend this place and definitely won’t be returning.

Dude charged me double for one order, I thought I made myself pretty clear. And then I saw him resting his BARE FEET on the counter on the far end.The other worker was wearing no socks with some slides also..The food compared to canes, chikfla, even Popeyes(🤢) was not good. First time out east, just not great overall sorry.

To be honest, this place has changed a lot in the last few years. The guy taking my order I had to repeat it like three times and he still wasn’t understanding I was saying sings not dings. Tried to charge me extra for fries and I said no fries. Pretty sure you gave me dings instead of zings. Unless the food is completely different used to love this place but now i am never going back.

DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD HERE! Awesome food but, BEWARE OF BEING SCAMMED!!! They overcharged my card by a random amount (not a mistake) & set it up as a recurring monthly charge!!!! Maybe thought I wouldn’t notice since it was late at night.

Went in for our first gyro in the Portland area and were not disappointed!! The beef gyro was amazing in both the salad and the sandwich and the French fries and sauce were seasoned incredibly well. We will absolutely be going back soon!
Parking: Small number of spots at the businesses but easily accessible via street parking on a side street that is not typically busy.
