This ice cream is unreal and one of the best I’ve had. I tried the fennel and lemon flavor and it was incredibly complex (fine dining level). The balance between sweet and salty was so point and addicting. I really couldn’t stop eating! I really wish Dear Dairy supplies in Boston, so I can try their other creative flavors.

A co worker just brought in some garden variety crunch ice cream and omg the consistency is unreal. Seriously some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. The salty sweet crunchy caramely goodness is surprisingly good with the herbs that were steeped in the milk. Really amazing.
This is simply the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my life. It cost a bit more, but you get what you pay for. The depth of flavor is exceptional. I’m so happy this exists and I wish the greatest success to the creator. Thank you, I love you.
