We arrived around 7:30pm on a Tuesday. It was going to be 30 minutes for a table, but there were seats at the bar ready immediately. We sat with our back facing the wall and there wasn't much space behind the barstools. The bartenders who waited on us were Ashton and Kristi. They made the evening fun. I had crab cakes and a cup of clam chowder; both were hot and delicious. We had just arrived in Maine and Ashton and Kristi gave us some really good suggestions for little towns to visit within an hours drive.
Met our friends here for lunch with a table reservation. We have been meeting up monthly and eating mussels all around the area's restaurants. As a group we concurred these mussels were the very best flavours of the year $22. I must say we have often had mussels at Dimillo's and they are the best. I was so happy the seasonal local beer was Prelude, also one of the best beers in town. The SA Chenin is a very good value white wine to go with these mussels. Lily is an asset to you what a brilliant server.
Prime rib was tuff $46
Lobster Mac & Chez pasta was way over cooked $50
Waiter forgot we ordered bread and needs to slow down.

Our favorite restaurant in Portland. The sea scallops & lobster rolls are the best. Always a must stop while in Maine. Love to sit out on the water even open in later Oct
See photo! I’m not sure my review from a few days ago posted. Thanks again to Haley and staff 💗😇

Haley is an angel! She helped facilitate making a reservation to accommodate my family of 12 for a special dinner next Tuesday night to honor my 91-year-old mother who passed away two days ago. This is a favorite restaurant of my mom’s. Family remembers her ordering double lobsters, lazy man style. Celebrating together as a family, the beautiful life of my mom at her favorite restaurant is such a blessing. Thank you, Haley and staff. 💗🙏

I would say you’re definitely going here for the ambiance and the experience of dining somewhere unique. The decor was very nice and the views are excellent. Our server was very kind, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was just okay. We came in around 4:30 and did appetizers, drinks and dessert. Steamed clams were very gritty. Not your normal, occasional grain of sand, but very much could’ve been cleaned better. Crab cakes were a hit with our party. Great variety of drinks. Desserts were very good- we did the blueberry cobbler and the mud pie.

Sea food platter was terrible. Fried clams were little clusters of fried coating. Worst I ever had.

I had a lobster roll. The bun had been toasted prior. So, it was cold and dry. Very little lobster and had to ask for butter. Could barely see any on it. The lobster was very chewy. No flavor.
