i ordered my food at 9:30pm and didn’t get it till midnight. when it arrived it was cold, hard, the box was all beat up and my munchies had already left the chat. i typically love dominos and was excited to try a new location. i will be eating here again as they gave me a coupon and i love me some dominos points, as well as id like to give this location a second chance. but i was super disappointed with my order tonight.

We ordered over the phone and the AI order taker repeated the order back correctly. However, when my husband got it home, it did not have extra cheese and only had sausage on one side. I had ordered half sausage and half sausage and mushroom with extra cheese. Of course, we paid for the extras but didn’t get them. Just a heads up to check your order before you leave.

Nice quiet sit in. Food came out in good time. But for being the only people there I think the tots we ordered got left in for too long. It also almost looks like they have to give specific counts of tots for each order because (as you will see) they were all lined up in a perfect little pattern. Lil drizzle of ranch. The pizza was pretty great though, it always is. (Listed advertised photo vs what we got just for funzies)

I order from here rather often, and 80% of the time the food is horrible. Often they will forget the sauce, not give toppings I requested OR put on toppings I asked them not to put on, forgetting food and then denying there was that food item on my order, one time, there was a slice missing from my pizza, etc. i don’t understand how these employees are incapable of following simple instructions. Also on several occasions they will ignore the delivery instructions I put, also many have tried opening my door and kicking the door. And in addition, several times my pizza has been left in the rain without anyone knocking or calling.
Do NOT go here. Employees are incapable of simple instructions.
Not a bad pizza joint. Not many places to sit though. Good food as always though.

When you go on the app it says a shorter time for delivery when you place your order it will show your order to arrive in double the time frame that was shown they have really bad customer service when you have a issue or a problem with your order they don’t care about wanting to fix it we had the wrong order given to us at one point and the driver came back to get it and gave us the right one then went and delivered what was given to us to the other person not great practice to do things like that over all if you don’t mind waiting 1hour to 1.5 hours to get you meal then use them even in slow times it takes to long to get the order watched the tracker send our order to lime 4 stops before getting to us to much on the drivers to do that many orders at once they need to fix this

So far, I've had nothing but good experiences with this location since I switched my business to this location from the Broadway South Portland location. The pies are always well made, don't skimp on the toppings, and are always fresh and hot when I pick them up. Great food plus great pizza equals great reviews. Thank you Domino's Forest Ave!
