I was doordashin an order from this location and as I came an and was waited for 2 orders I wasn’t greeted, workers were moving as if they had nothing better to do. I get it, the job isn’t exactly the best to have but making people feel unwanted especially if they’re just trying to pick up a delivery order is really unprofessional
I’ve only been here twice but I was given a straw with my coffee and when I opened it the straw wasn’t even the same as they usually have and was covered inside and out with mold. Also the coffee was wrong both times I went.
Rude and unreliable
I didn't get to order anything because they were only interested in the drive through. I waited 15 minutes and still didn't get to order. The worst place I've ever been
I'm having a crappy start to my day with a car accident on 295. The tow driver dropped me at this Dunkin. The employees here are so kind and welcoming. The restaurant is also very clean! Thank you for your hospitality!
Usually love this Dunkin but watch out for Starr at the drive thru window. Placed a mobile order for drive thru and they didn’t have time to process it before I pulled up. This was not at all an issue for me. I offered to come back through, to which she responded quite curtly with me to pull back around the building and get back in line to give them more time. When I came back through she proceeded to had me my order by shoving and full hot drink, a bag full of food and a loose straw into my one hand. I nearly dropped the bag of food on the wet ground, almost dumped the drink on my self and I broke my straw due to the vice grip I had to have in order to grab all three things with my one hand. I don’t know what kind of day she was having but hopefully it improves.
I ordered a Cookie Butter Cold Brew with Cookie Butter Cold Foam and an older lady with short hair and glasses couldn’t comprehend how to take a good order, she didn’t even ask for cream and my drink turned out horrible. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this order, I was excited to try it and she has ruined my day with her poor skills. The location of this Dunkin Donuts is 325 St Johns St

Today, I ordered a large matcha latte with light ice, and I was thoroughly disappointed. My drink wasn’t made right, and it wasn’t even filled to the top. This has become a pattern, every time the same older white woman with short hair and glasses takes my order, it ends up being incorrect. The lack of attention to detail and quality is frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting good service or a well-prepared drink. This the location in John St Portland Maine

Okay service, dirty tables and bathroom, manager came up to me while I was doing homework and asked if I was gonna buy anything. I had bought food an hour ago when I got there.

This Dunkin' Donuts on St. John Street is like a hit or miss. Some of the employees, particularly the teenagers need proper training on how to greet customers. It's not about just asking, "What do you want?" but about showing politeness with phrases like, "May I help you?" or "May I take your order?" Additionally, they don’t seem to know how to make drinks properly. It's really hit or miss—you have to go there at the right time to get good quality coffee, lattes, and such. However, I really appreciate the two older ladies who have been working there for a long time. They do an amazing job.

Order here if you would like soggy, wet donuts. This has happened to my order multiple times. The powder on the donuts will literally be dissolved because the donuts are soaking wet.
It’s getting to the point where it feels like they are purposefully throwing donuts into bags however they feel like and dumping water on them because they hate me or something.
The picture attached doesn’t do it justice- the naked donut on top was a jelly donut whose powder completely dissolved within minutes of me picking up my order. Not to mention they sandwiched the tops of two frosting donuts together which added even more to the sticky, soggy mess.

I ordered a iced chai tea expecting that they know when the color is off or if it doesn't seem right. The lady gave me mostly milk and the color was very light with very little chai in it. If I wanted a large milk, I would have asked for one. I gave it back and asked for it to be remade. The lady remade the drink the exact same way as the first knowing that I did not like it the first time. What makes them think making it the same way each time is going to make me change my opinion? They waste their time when they don't pay attention or use common sense when serving the guest.
