The food is just better at this one then some others I've also noticed the ladies at the register are peachy and I like their kindness, they really have a spark at this one. Thank you
Missing sandwich and nobody came out for curbside pickup

Very long Dunkin, high ceiling. Very clean. One very pleasant employee on duty, who served me a very hot, fresh container of coffee to help on my long drive to Lake George. It was delicious, as I have come to expect. Plenty of parking out front. ♿️

Not the best experience. The service was pretty slow and felt kind of disorganized. We just ordered a soda, an iced latte, and two small bacon sides—but it still took a while. The bacon had apparently been sitting on the counter for about 10 minutes, and we had to ask twice before they gave them to us.
The order itself was fine, just super slow. There were three people working and only two orders ahead of us on the screen, but things still dragged. We even saw a bunch of other orders just sitting there like no one was picking them up.

These 2 folks were very, very busy. Not once did they complain they kept moving even though they were very swamped.
Those who complain too much should go get their own food at home.Stay out of the public. We don't want to hear your complaining.

Very professional staff with fast service. Thank you very much to all those that work there a+++
Ordered curbside pickup. After waiting 10 minutes in the car, went in and all workers were standing at the counter with no customers in line. I said I have a curbside order and they pointed to the counter and said it's right there. Very irritating. If youre disabled and unable to go in for an order, don't expect your curbside order to be brought to you.
Out of all the employees there maybe only one that actually seems to know what they are doing and is not rude as hell to customers... There is one particular woman who is extremely rude to customers and seems like she is to fed up to even be bothered to take people's orders. I've been going to this dunkins off n on thru the summer and have had very few good experiences. I try and avoid this dunkins but certain days on my way to work it's convenient... When it's actually fully staffed and the employees aren't being rude as hell to their customers....

Restaurantji Recommends
Our coffee was not hot at all
I was so desperate that I asked her to microwave the coffee
“We don’t have a microwave”
Didn’t offer to make fresh coffee and change our coffees
Terrible service (brunette/blond ends )
She did not even smile once
Was like we were bothering her
She’s in the wrong business.
Skip this location
Terrible terrible experience!!
While picking up an order I asked to use the restroom, the first employee said their wasn't one. Another customer walked in shortly after asked the 2nd employee to use the restroom and she unlocked it for her.
Unreal.

Normally I don't post negative feedback publicly, but I thought this was warranted. I ordered boxes of coffee for my office via online - I usually order from this location because it is located close to another store I get pastries from for the morning meeting. When I arrived, they gave me 12-13 large cups of coffee and still charged me for the boxes. I tried to explain that I ordered the boxes because I needed the insulation to keep the coffees hot. They told me that a different store took their boxes. I understand stores are hard to manage, but if you can't give me the item as I asked, you should cancel that order or mark it as something I cannot order online. Additionally, you should communicate that to the customer before they arrive so they can make a decision about their order. Managing 12-13 cups of coffee was difficult, even with the moving box they gave me. The coffee was colder than usual. The solution they provided me was that I could drive to a different store to get a box for the coffee. I did end up doing that, and had to pay for the boxes a second time (not the fault of the second store). The second store also had to make me a funnel since now I had to pour the hot coffee from large cups into the boxes myself ... This location has always appeared to be in shambles when I've gone previously and I thought it was due to maybe staffing issues. Now I really think it's a training/education issue. Whatever it is, please take this feedback and address it.

very hard working employees - who are grossly underpaid as ive learned... It frankly creates an atmosphere of uncomfortable near panic behind the counter.
but the donut quality cannot go any further. they've reached their max.
My recommendation: go local for your donuts. Def don't even trust Dunkins' boston creme or the Chocolate glazed. There's apparently an arrest warrant out for them impersonating a donut.
stay real w your donuts and say No to fakes.
